I have always had a great experience at Serenity. When the hair beast needs taming they always take care of me. I enjoyed my time with Aaliyah we chatted like old friends 🧡 and she wouldn't let me leave until we were both happy with my hair. I can not wait to go back!

Zoe is amazing! She is always very kind and listens to what you want. She gives you informative information about what would be best for you to do to achieve the look you are looking for when it comes to your hair. I will say that it's a bit different seeing how much dust is on the lights/ceiling fans.

We just moved to the area and I was excited to shop at their boutique. We walked in and not one person said anything to us. One girl came out of the office, looked right at us and walked right back in to finish her conversation with the other employee. We walked around a little bit longer but seemed to be more of a bother that we were there, so we left. Terrible customer service.

Presley does GREAT work. She's done my hair and my kid's and is just so friendly and talented. I won't go anywhere else . Plus extra cute clothes, shoes and jewelry. Love it!

Great stylist and great prices. I've been intimidated by the salon. It looked too nice to be in my price range but it was very affordable, just $30. Sarah did an amazing job on my hair. I've had a lot of trouble finding a stylist that I trust since I changed my hairstyle. Nobody could do it right but she was perfect. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she had no problems. I will definitely go back.
