Saint Blonde Salon

Saint Blonde Salon only offered for it to be fixed by the same person who did not do it right and did not follow the inspiration photo. Also, she did an unnatural color when I specifically asked for natural. Their other option is to spend more money there on another person; since they can only redo it for free with who you booked with originally. Basically scamming me. I honestly tried to be nice and respectful towards this company but I can't recommend this place. This is not the way to fix this situation and I have tried to work with them. Especially, that I told the manager I did not want Abby again and that I will have to have it fixed before work, which is tomorrow- as it is an unnatural color. They could not get me an appointment to be fixed today, forcing me to redye it with cheap bleach tonight and not giving me another person there unless I want to pay more in general. This service was $254 dollars. They refuse to refund me for this because I "liked it" when I originally left but I called immediately when i got home thirty minutes later after that appointment telling the front desk person how I need it redone immediately. I am disappointed in the result of how they want to "fix" this situation when the photos show how the inspiration picture looks nothing like my hair color I did get. You were gaslighting me on the phone as well in attempt to not have me come back and how I mysteriously did "a 180" when I have evidence I called 30 minutes after the appointment was done to be fixed immediately. The manager did not appropriately get back to me til later in the day as well, saying next week is the only available time to "maybe" get me in (mind you, with the same person who did not do it correctly). The manager was rude, gaslighting on the phone as I explained my situation too. Do not go here.

Saint Blonde is such a fun, relaxing environment with great energy. Amanda does a fantastic job in my hair every time, but I think all of the stylists are top notch. If you're looking for a new hair stylist, check out one of the many at Saint Blonde!

A gorgeous salon with the most talented stylists! I personally see Garrett Rahn and couldn’t be more happy with every time I’ve been in his chair. Talent and expertise is unmatched. Love the salon’s overall atmosphere and client focus! Highly, highly recommend!

Amanda is incredible! I explained what I wanted and she made my hair dreams come true! She asked lots of questions and made sure she understood completely what I was going for. Can’t wait to go back for fall hair! I also see Kori for my facials and she has rocked it! My skin is very acne prone and she has made it to where my skin has cleared up. She gave me all the best tips for my skin and even sent me what I should be using. I rarely have to wear makeup anymore because she has helped so much. I won’t go anywhere else for a facial!

I really wanted to like this place, while the staff was very nice from the beginning to the end. The end result for me was not what I was looking for, especially since I paid over $300 for a supposed full balayage. So if this is not your definition of a full balayage. I would not recommend this place. I did contact them to only receive the definition of what a full balayage is. And was told that this is a full balayage and if I wanted more done to my hair I would need to schedule another appointment.

Delaney was absolutely WONDERFUL! She listened to everything I wanted, and made sure to double check before coloring and making any big cuts. Such sweet and professional staff, and the studio itself is very chic and welcoming. The quality of service is far beyond the price they charge. Would give more stars if I could!!

I was visiting a friend in Des Moines needed a haircut and highlights- called and they got me in. It was very welcoming and I felt very pretty walking out.. Great job,,, I go back again when I return to Des Moines
