Arrived pretty late and their was still such a nice young woman ( wish I got her name but I forgot to) who helped me color match a great foundation for my skin and primer, and setting spray. After I tried them all on when I got home they looked so good and natural, Felt so light on my face while also providing a coverage I was happy with. Will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience with Gabby who works at the Mac counter. She was so patient and kind with me and my cluelessness on makeup. I really appreciated her taking her time to show me different products that will work for me and not just try and get me to buy the most amount of products. She was even kind enough to give me samples which i so appreciate. She is a great asset to the team at Ulta.

This review is for my boo Gabby!!!! I’m always late but never forget!I came early February btw 😉🤣 Gabby is like that fun young vibrant little sister that is so girly and loves makeup fashion and all things beauty!! I have NEVER been able to get matched perfectly because my skin tone is difficult to match I’ve had to mix products before to get the perfect shade but she was able to match me perfectly with Fenty!!! Not gone lie I thought Fenty was all hype cause I don’t do trendy shii but baby!! She was so spot on. All she did was look at me with a quick glance and matched me in like two seconds. I wasn’t walking around looking orange any more 🤣😂. She just has the gift of Gab if you know what I mean 💯💅🏽 she is that girl. I come for her! I love her!!! She needs to be a manager or sup honestly she has great customer service skills and knows how to speak to people and make them feel beautiful and hyped up for glam time and the overall experience of finding the right products for you. As much as I hate being upsold she is the ONLY PERSON that got me to buy something else other than what I came for lmao. I bought some damn eye patches for $36 insane. But I can’t lie she didn’t disappoint they are soooo good and glad I did buy them as someone who’s into skin care. Go ask for Gabby!!! 💅🏽🫶🏽🥰😍😘 and it’s so unfortunate reading the negative reviews because I did not have that experience. But from my knowledge they switched management and the new manager there is a breath of fresh air. She’s like a mom and all the young ladies are like her daughters. They’re all so young personable and welcoming 💕 I think the new manager was named Cynthia don’t quote me but I had a really good talk with her. She’s trying to turn the store around. I hope it works out for you ladies. Ps. She only added a light amount of foundation to my skin the coverage is insane and goes a long way I have the soft Lit Fenty in 360. even my personal makeup artist said it was a perfect match😌🙂‍↔️

I am very upset, I’m a big Ulta supporter and shopper (look up my account) I frequent the Salon but, never again will I come to this location. On October 27, a couple days before I flew out to Greece I decided to come in for a haircut to refresh my hair!!! That was a big mistake it was the worst haircut of my life, I absolutely hated my haircut, it did not feel right, additionally the hairstylist (Jess) took out all of my tinsel that I paid for monthly, she should of replaced it honestly. I did not expect her to take it all out, it was depressing. I told her this awhile she took it all out, I had to tell her please stop. If you look at surveillance video you can clearly see me go back to the hairstylist, after the haircut, because I was not happy and to ask her about my haircut again, but she did nothing to fix it. I’m not a hairstylist I just know it didn’t feel right and I felt ugly because of her. I’m here in Greece now and I had to get my hair fixed in Greece as soon as I arrived because I honestly can’t go out in public like this. The hairstylist here in Greece was left astonished when she saw the haircut I received at Ulta. Also, the next day following my haircut and tinsel removal (that I didn’t ask for) I went to the Boynton Beach location Ulta for a tinsel appointment and told my hairstylist there how upset I was at my haircut and the other hairstylist (Jess) who removed my tinsel, and she was left shocked and she told me herself that she should’ve replaced the tinsel if she removed it. I am so upset right now because I wasted my points and I spent $51 of my hard earned money just to get the original haircut corrected in Greece. You should make things right Ulta and either refund me. I’m very upset right now.

Will never shop here again. Treat customers like thieves. I’m going to make a complaint with corporate. I purchased three small items 3 weeks ago at the cash register. The cashier must have been absent minded because she didn’t put my lip balm in the bag. I noticed the mistake as soon as I got home. However…I WAS LEAVING FOR A VACATION TO EUROPE THE VERY NEXT DAY. I simply asked them to put my name on the lip balm and I’ll pick it up when I get back home. THEY TOOK MY INFO AND ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE THERE WHEN I GOT BACK. I returned home last week but I have a busy schedule. I couldn’t make it into the store right away, but I called at least twice to double check that my item was still at the front with my name on it. It was confirmed twice by two different cashiers (on different days) that they had the lip balm there with my name on it. I went to the store today to pick it up and suddenly, nobody remembered what had happened and the lip balm wasn’t there. They made such a big deal out of the whole issue, but one of the cashiers finally went ahead and gave me the lip balm, but she took my information first put it in the system, and then gave it to me so basically the store is filled with a bunch of liars. No one took my information and nobody actually saved the lip balm for me. I think that’s sneaky underhanded and dishonest. They actually made me look like a liar standing there for something I had already paid for weeks before, and that their cashier was irresponsible to not simply put it in the bag to begin with. I am definitely filing a complaint. This whole situation should not have happened over a cheap lip balm.

Lebrón made me look and feel like a princess, correction, like a flawless QUEEN for my date yesterday and I’m here to thank him! He listened. He did not just talk. He helped me incredibly well and I can’t wait to go back to buy more make up from him. He deserves recognition because this is what makeup artist professionals are for. No games. No breaking the bank. Highly recommend my friend Lebron at this location. Please see attachment for proof thats in the pudding! Thank you. Xx

Gabby is THE best! I went in looking for makeup as a beginner and she swooped in and saved the day honestly lol. If it wasn’t for her, I would have left that store so clueless. She gave me really great tips, educated me on the products I was buying and helped me match all the perfect colors. She’s awesome, really! Thank you Gabby!
