Got my Botox 6 weeks ago 11’s back the forehead all back. Instead of making it right they tell me I need 60 more units $750. I’ll find some place that values their customers and stands behind their work.
Atmosphere. Rudest, loudest most unprofessional receptionist ever. Was on her phone the whole time, giggling loudly at texts, then having loud personal phone conversations talking about how cute someone was. When I approached the desk with questions she was rude and as I walked away said something like "Jesus!!!!" In an annoyed tone. Her attitude changed once the girl who weighed me came in to the office tho…. Y’all need cameras in your waiting room to see how clients are being treated. Medication was out of my price range, so I didn’t get past the consultation. The young lady who did the consultation seemed to be nice, but in a hurry to rush through all of the information. Nothing but silence emanated through the door from the waiting room at that point. No loud giggles, no loud phone conversations..This alone told me the receptionist knew her behavior prior was inappropriate.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Mirella! Mirella has a magical touch and a deep understanding of skincare; she tailors each facial to meet my skin’s specific needs. I leave there looking refreshed (and a bit disheveled from reaching max relaxation). From the moment I walk into the spa, I'm greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that Fin creates at the front desk. Fin runs the show with such professionalism and kindness, ensuring that every appointment runs smoothly. Thanks for being the dream team, gals!
I haven't been to this business for quite a few years and I know things have changed there recently, but that's absolutely no excuse for how the receptionist and current manager handles customer service. My husband purchased a gift card for me in 2020 (yes I know that's 5 years ago) but right after that all businesses closed down for Covid; they were closed for almost an entire year. The next year when the business re-opened, he purchased another gift card and asked if the one purchased in 2020 could be used. He was told yes, that it wouldn't be a problem. About a year and a half ago he purchased another one for me. When I received an email a few weeks ago about a special event that was taking place for Valentine's Day, I decided this was the time to finally put the gift cards to use. As a busy mom and a substitute teacher, I thought this would be the perfect time to finally make some time for myself. I scheduled the appointment online and I called today to make sure I could still use the gift cards. I was greeted pretty rudely on the phone and then was told that I couldn't use the gift cards because the business had a new program and they wouldn't be valid any more. WHAT??!! I was asked if I had a receipt and I said no, I've been saving these up for years so that I could use them all at once. Then the manager gets on the phone and she says the same, saying that they have no way of verifying if they are fraudulent or not because again, they have a new system. Excuse me, what the actual heck? I'm a busy mom that's just trying to find a little breathing room for myself and I don't have the energy to even think about conjuring up ways to fake this 4x6 paper gift cards. What happened to good customer service and doing the right thing for the customer? I know that there's scammers out there but I'm certainly not one of them. My husband and I are hard working people just trying to do our best and make the world a little better in the mean time. For years I've been just holding on to these, so that I could do something for myself which is a rarity. What a huge letdown! Skip this business folks. It's not worth the hassle and now the money that's down the drain.
I got my first hydrafacial here by Alex and I LOVED it. She was so sweet and informative on every step of the process. I have sensitive skin and was worried about reacting bad, but my face wasn’t even red in the end and I was glowing by the time I got home. I can’t wait to go back for my next facial!
Alex is very gentle, welcoming, and I have had great results from her! I was very scared due to a previous experience I had at another place in town, but I am SUPER impressed by her and my experience I had there! I am getting tattoo removal and Morpheus through her. Will definitely keep coming back.
Excellent service provided by Nikki! I originally started going to her because several coworkers used her for Morpheus8, and the results were incredible. She listened to my skin care concerns and provided me with a detailed treatment plan and regimen. My skin has never looked better!
