J.Braun Salon Spa

I visited this salon for over 7 years to see my stylist and had exceptional service every time, LOVE my hair. The location itself has definitely gone down hill since I first started going. Hair wash sink would leak all over the floor, the bathroom was rest stop level quality, and it was just obvious that there were no updates or reinvestment into the facility. She even had to rinse my hair from a bucket of water one visit. Supercuts has better facility for sure, and for the price of the services, I expect better! They are lucky the state doesn't have inspections here, which is unfortunate for the clients. So happy to see my stylist at a new location with much more effort and quality of the space.

Josephine is the best! She takes her time and makes sure the cut and highlights are perfect! She's very kind as is the rest of the staff! I highly recommend this salon to family and friends!

Always have such an amazing experience at J Braun. Stephanie, Monica and Lauren are the best!! My daughter’s hair has never looked better after Stephanie toned, thinned and cut her hair today Lauren has the best facials services in Arizona. My skin has never looked better.

Let me start off by saying woaaah!!!!! I just had the best experience ever at a hair salon! I felt so welcomed and my hair stylist named Stephanie listened to exactly what I wanted and it’s what I got! This salon is very clean and everyone here is so welcoming! If you want a good experience at a hair salon since they are hard to come by, I highly recommend J Braun salon and ask for Stephanie if you can get in to see her! Can’t wait to come back in 6 weeks!

I recently visited J Braun and Stephanie did my hair. She knew exactly what I wanted and did such an amazing job. She is really good at getting my hair the blonde with dimension I love :). Great customer service. Lauren checked me out and was very nice, and welcoming.

I received a botched perm from this salon. It completely damaged the lower half of my hair and broke entirely off. My stylist left me unattended and never checked on me during the 25 minute processing time, and gave me an extremely painful chemical burn on my neck. I don’t believe the stylist was properly trained to perform perms nor do I think she should be doing them in the future. The lower half of my hair did not take to the perm solution because she did not properly saturate the hair nor roll the hair correctly. I went in a few days later to get the lower half of my hair that didn’t take redone per stylist’s recommendation (a week later that lower half would completely break off). The first time around the stylist did not use Vaseline or cotton around my neck, but she did the second time. This was my first perm and it scared me away from receiving perms in the future. I was left with not only breakage and a chemical burn, but also thick perm soliton residue I had to scrape off my scalp with a comb because it was not rinsed properly. For months every time I washed my hair the bathroom was filled with perm fumes. To say I was unsatisfied is an understatement because these errors were obviously made from lack of education and experience.
