Five stars isn't enough! My girlfriend's hair makeover with Roxy was like the final reveal on The Swan! I was speechless. She's a true artist and gave my girlfriend the most amazing transformation. We are both so happy with the result. Thank you, Roxy, for your incredible talent!

Love this place! Kelsey is absolutely amazing — she nails it every single time. I always leave feeling beautiful and completely refreshed. She really knows her stuff when it comes to color and always helps me find the perfect shade. Plus, she gives great suggestions that actually work for my hair and style. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I have been seeing Roxie off and on for years. Roxie is excellent as a stylist and she is so easy to talk to and the whole experience has always been great. She is honest, knows her craft, and you will absolutely leave with gorgeous hair. I love color and Roxie had always achieved what I wanted whether it was blue, purple, red, teal, and now magenta. My hair is so soft and shiny and I often get compliments about my hair. Plus, the salon is clean, cute, and has a very relaxed vibe. All the staff had always been nice and they always offer me drinks and snacks during my visits. No high pressure selling. Try her out, Im sure you will love her.

I found Roxy recently after a friend recommended her. I wish I started going to her for my hair sooner. Roxy and her salon are a true gem. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I look forward to my appointments. Roxy has created an fun and relaxing space with her adorable decor. She even has snacks and drinks for clients. My hair color lasts longer after seeing Roxy than it ever has anywhere else. She’s also very detailed and covers EVERY gray hair which is important to me. Bottom line: she’s very talented and one of the most genuine people you’ll ever meet.

Roxy highlighted and cut my hair two weeks ago. My hair still looks amazing and the products I bought are top quality that leave my hair feeling so soft and shiny. I strongly recommend her! She is also very nice and sweet. Thank you Roxy for the great service! I will definitely come back.

I wanted to try this place for my birthday. Mani + pedi package online says $115, I also wanted a fun gel x set for my nails. Online it says Call or Text their #. However, they don’t have a receptionist, so good luck getting in contact with anyone unless someone is not busy… I wasn’t getting responses to figure out pricing (I’m new to the area I didn’t want to book incorrectly then be surprised the day of.) Finally after a few days of sporadic messaging, I call when they open and get ahold of someone. They said the mani + pedi set I booked online couldn’t be done in the same day, I’d have to come a different day. That didn’t make a whole lot of sense to me. It was available when I booked it online, and I can come earlier in the day on a weekend to have one person do the pedi and another the mani, rather than trying to shove it all in the evening with one person after I get off work. I’m not sure how many techs they have working here but it seems really crazy to me they don’t have 2 people available on a weekend or evening for a mani and pedi. They weren’t sure about the nail artists schedule for which day or time, so they said they would call me back. She specifically said "I promise I’ll call you back." No one called me. Suddenly, 3-4 hours later, I get a text from their booking app Vagaro that ANOTHER appointment was booked on a new day. I wasn’t told if the first appointment was being cancelled, or received the promised call back. The booking was also way more expensive than what was listed online. $115 for mani + pedi is the online package deal price, plus additional charge for the nail art, I would expect $140-150 total. They charged me $85 for the gel x, separately $65 for pedicure, and $15-25 extra for nail art. I don’t understand why in this new appointment I was charged separately for a higher price rather than the listed $115 package online, plus whatever extra nail art and length. So I call them back and ask what’s going on? I’m super confused. I’m trying to plan out my birthday activities and understand the pricing for my appointments. I was told someone would call me back and no one did The person who answered was defensive and kept making excuses why I didn’t get a call back. She also said that the first appointment I made was canceled, so they rebooked on a different day. That wasn’t true. I received a text AFTER this second phone call to the salon that the first appointment was cancelled. That’s why I was confused which day was being booked and which day was not. Both days were texted to me as confirmed. They probably realized after the conversation ended that they in fact did NOT cancel the first mani + pedi I booked online, and quickly did that after the phone call. I’m not going to chase someone for MY business. It should be the other way around & they should’ve apologized for giving me the run around. This place should definitely get a receptionist & a better booking app, with more clear pricing. It should not be this difficult to book a mani + pedi for someone’s birthday. Maybe I’ll try again in a few months if the booking process & customer service gets updated.
