Four days ago I went for a wash and roller set but was told that my hair was too thick, so I got a blow. I asked for heat protectant but the spray was something else (I noticed after the fact.) Nonetheless, my hair was over processed and damaged. It smelled burnt. I washed my hair several times today and it still stinks. My healthy hair journey will have to start over. At least three inches will need to be cut as a result of the damage. I’ve heard stories about the Dominican salons and can say I have first hand knowledge of what they mean when they talk about how they over-process hair. I cannot recommend this place. Not to mention I was charged $60 when the website said $40.

yea I would put zero if I could i first asked if there was any English speakers so that the language barrier would not cause any mishaps there was so I told them what I wanted and they referred me to another lady. Showed her the exact picture and emphasized that I wanted that but long since my hair was long to my waist. She said she understood and repeated back to me that I want it long still first thing she did was cut it short. My hair is chest length… that makes no sense. I also said i did not want to use any heat tools (I didn’t want my hair blown out since I did not want to damage it)she said she would dry it a little bit just so it wasn’t so wet, by this point I was over it since she already cut it way too short and I said ok. She proceeded to fully blow out my hair. I did not get what I asked for and she tricked me into overcharging me. I got charged 65$ for a haircut I absolutely hate. She did not care about what I wanted she just wanted her money. 0/5 stars would never recommend anyone to go here. Also all there coloring services use box dye as I saw it while they were washing my hair. If it is a salon why is there not a single professional color. In the pictures I will show the before and after of my hair. I literally just wanted the same shaping but longer and I went to great measures to ensure that happened and still left with a bad result since she was too scissor happy. Don’t go here lol they’re terrible.

I was a little unsure at first—this spot used to be Lusvianca’s and recently changed to VIP, and I’d seen some mixed reviews. But I decided to give it a shot anyway, and I’m glad I did. My hair was super brittle and dry when I walked in, but I trusted the process. I got a deep conditioning treatment, a blowout, and a trim. The stylist was super thoughtful, asked all the right questions, and made sure to confirm how much I wanted trimmed—always a good sign! I walked out feeling pretty and refreshed. Only thing I’d suggest is maybe adding a coat rack for convenience. Other than that, I had a good experience.

I made an appointment for an ombre by Elsa online. It would be an hour treatment costing $65. Around 4.45pm I called them to confirm because I never got a confirmation email or something. They told me I could come right away because Elsa was free. I reached there by 5.05 pm (before my actual appointment time). Elsa was blow drying somebody. While doing her customer she started asking me what I want and I clearly told her ombre. She started asking more questions and I told her you finish with her I can wait. Finally she started with me around 5.45pm (half hour late). She started doing highlights. I thought maybe that's her way of doing it since her reviews were good (before starting she asked me what color I want and all. I showed her a picture). While doing she told me my hair is not getting bleached and is breaking. I said if it is breaking you can leave. I left the salon at 8.38 pm with brassy hair paying $130. I am not a type that fights for money and all so I gave the money and left. My hair al brassy and not what I wanted at all.

Great salon walk-ins are fast. If you make an appointment your seen at that time. I always go to Andrea she washes good. She knows exactly what to do to my hair. Been going there now for 3 years GREAT SERVICE!!!

The worst service ever I went in for wash,blow drying,ends trim I left out with burned,brittle hair I can't believe this they don't know how to do natural color hair now I have to get all my hair cut to get it to grow back I will never go to them again Romona did my hair every I had more hair in my lap and on my shirt she didn't put no type of oil or spray on my hair before she blow dried after I keep asking her to put some shein heat protection on my hair she didn't even do that I guess you didn't understand me but the man translated before I sat down in the chair so she should have understood him
