The hair product is second rate it keeps coming off my head every two weeks maybe three at the longest it is not a good product to put on your head. It’s horrible. I wish they would upgrade their toupee . I definitely would not recommend hair club to anybody. I know paid way too much money for such a second rate product.

Honestly to say there is no less than one star to give them. They are just signing the one year treatment contract on you to get your money and sale the Amazon product on you and you will never get any results. The worst customer service just killing your time. They can’t give you a proper time for appointments. Scheduling appointments with these guys are like getting an associate degree. They never take care of customer’s. for the first appointment they rescheduled the appointment for three times before due date. And the second appointment for 15 minutes late they don’t reschedule the appointment at the time works for me, they force you to accept the time they give you , it was not for me. It was for my wife so I gonna cancel everything Terrible not recommend

We went for an appointment at 11am and left with no information as Jessica has some meeting. I asked them to provide some information but Jessica said she had meeting. If they had meeting why did they give us appointment at 11am. They should have called us to cancel or postpone. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. I hope no one will waste their time and money with them. I don’t think they are worth one star review but I have no option.

So happy with my hair! Its feels thick and healthy. The staff here are always friendly and happy to answer all my questions. I love the color!

I was so hesitant and nervous to come to hair club in Tracy CA. But as soon I walked in I felt so welcoming by Sandy ,the manager and Daisy. Daisy made me so comfortable and confident. She is professional and I can tell she is thrilled to do her job and wants to excelled. Daisy just lights up the place with her joyful personality. So overall with hair club in Tracy has been a great experience. I walk in happy and leave happy And I can’t wait for Daisy to do my hair

I was pleasantly relieved with the customized approach and product knowledge that helped me make an informed decision as opposed to an educated guess. Sandy and her team are the best!

Great service Every-time I walk through that door. From the receptionist Maricela to the stylists and above all the facility Manager Sandy. Sandy is the reason for my continued service at the hair club. She have always went above and beyond to make sure I get what I need as a customer and rolls out the red carpet. Thank you Sandy and hair club for giving great service to me as a client.
