Ulta Beauty

After being treated for cancer last year, my skin needed help. I stopped in at the Ulta Beauty store on Holland-Sylvania where I met Katie. Not only did she treat me like a very important client and not a sale, she genuinely showed me such care and compassion. I will be back because of her!!! Thank you Katie!!!

Stopped in today to pick up 5 super cute duo lip balm, lotion and an adorable pompom with a key chain I saw on Facebook. What a great price too five for only $10.00 A great idea to clip on gift bags for my daughter's and Nana daughters upcoming Christmas and November birthdays! Reem was so helpful, and very friendly. Reem took me right to the great display and suggested some additional items as well! The store is very well stocked and looks amazing! The checkout time was quick and Maya the cashier was so friendly and very efficient! Thank you all for the excellent service!!!

Stopped in on November 22, 2025 looking for a lightweight concealer/foundation. BTW...I haven't worn a concealer or foundation in over 15 years. Isaiah picked out/applied the perfect shade. He was very polite; and informative. I'll definitely be back for more consultations.

Non sense politics! When we sign in , add all our personal details do purchases ,do in store purchases no one ask for photo id but when I go to pickup 10$ skin care product sales girls deny to hand over my product due to absence of PHOTO ID! For me it was annoying I wasted my time and energy.other stores with black white stripes are much better who offer free shipping with no minimum order limits. Ulta think about your policy

Amazing, Very helpful , and caring service from Isaiah!! <3 I don’t shop for makeup, I don’t really wear makeup at all but I went into ulta to find a new mascara and he helped me, and took the time to help me find a new one that fit just right with me!

Shopping at The Ulta store at Franklin Park Mall is always a very anxiety free experience. When I come here, I often do pick up orders. Ulta always sends very clear, store specific directions once your order is ready. I know where to go, what I need for proof that this is indeed my order, and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. The store always looks very clean and inviting. Thanks for never causing me additional anxiety.

I recently visited Ulta for a foundation " pale season winter shade" 😆my usual is no longer available but Isaiah is literally THE BEST he helped me with several things and his recommendations were 1000% on point my skin looks flawless! First time ever meeting someone who did me right!
