When you walk into this salon you are greeted with professionalism and welcomed immediately. I never leave unsatisfied. The owner is very attentive to your wants and needs and makes sure you are very well taken care of. Darnel has a great staff and is very selective when it comes to having the best hairstylist, nail technicians etc. and I love the way she micro blades my eyebrows and gives me my injections. I look and feel younger. This salon is a great place to go to and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Kassidy did an amazing job bringing me from a long and dull one length all around to long, voluminous with the cutes face framing bangs! Loved my expierence from the time I sat down. The atmosphere and space is also very well done. You can tell a lot of passion and love went into this place. 100% will be back! Thank you Rockstar Beauty and Kassidy!

My hair has never looked better. I had an amazing experience — the service was warm, professional, and detail‑oriented from start to finish. Tasha really listened to what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. The vibe was comfortable, the technique was flawless, and the results were even better than I expected. I have gotten nails done here and they always turn out great but the great Rockstar is Kassidy Morrow. She just finished my balayage. It looks amazing and natural. Her haircuts always look so great as well.

I think I must pass several dozen other salons that are much closer to me, but I make the drive to Rockstar Beauty lounge every time for their leading skin treatments, Darnell’s expertise, and the great stylists that work here! I go to Darnell for both my permanent eyeliner (I went to another gal for over a decade, but Darnell’s process is less painful and lasts much longer) and fibroblast. As someone who has a bad service at another salon that caused scarring, I trust Darnell completely and that my skin is in good hands. I’ve also had my hair cut at Rockstar Beauty. The staff is always nice, professional, and they do a great job!

Been here twice for two different services over a year apart. The first time was for a perm and it was terrible! I have been getting them done for years at other places. My hair is really thick and usually needs 2 boxes. The person used half a bottle and told me how it saves her money. When I asked questions and mentioned 2 boxes in the past, she reassured me it would work. The curl was gone by the next week! Second time I went was more recent for a pedicure. The person was very new and had to ask others questions, no big deal! It was when they started to use the electric buffer on my heals and told me to let them know if it burns that I felt uncomfortable. They also said that about the leg steamer that the person was unsure of how to use. Also, the foot cushion fell off while my feet were up so I felt like I had to hold them up. After chatting I learned they usually don't do pedicures. My upset was less about the people providing the service and more about the processes/tools they use there and lack of training. I also was over charged on the card I used when booking after I paid with a different card in person. Probably could have been refunded if I called but when I was there, they struggled using the checkout since it was new to them. Didn't seem worth it to go through calling them. Needless to say, I won't be going there a third time.
