Absolutely loved my facial with Jenny!!! I came in yesterday for my birthday and the experience was nothing short of amazing! We did a custom facial together based on what my skin needed. Everything in her studio was clean, peaceful, and calming. She is always so sweet and welcoming, and truly cares about her clients and their skin. Jenny is amazing at her craft and I will always return to her when I need a rejuvenating, self-care day. Couldn’t recommend Jenny and SB enough!

I had a membership with this spa and the cancellation process was unnecessarily complicated and extremely frustrating. Signing up for a membership was instant—no waiting period, no delays, no steps. You can sign the paperwork and use the facilities the same day. However, when it comes time to cancel, the process suddenly becomes slow, layered, and difficult. I started the cancellation process in December. I was told December could not be refunded due to a so-called 30-day grace period, which I accepted. In January, I called again and finally spoke to the person in charge of memberships (since the person who answers the phone "cannot handle memberships," and you have to wait for callbacks or emails). I was told January would be refunded and the membership would be canceled. Fast forward to February, and I was charged again. When I called, I was initially told I needed to send another email and repeat the process all over again—something I had already done multiple times. Only after I became upset did someone place me on hold, come back, and suddenly say they would remove the charge and issue a refund. That raises a serious concern: if I hadn’t pushed back, would I have been charged again? If it’s this easy and immediate to sign up for a membership, it should be just as easy to cancel it. Customers should not have to chase emails, wait weeks, speak to multiple people, or get upset just to stop being charged. The facilities may be nice, but the membership cancellation process is not transparent or customer-friendly, and that alone makes me hesitant to recommend this place.
