I absolutely love my hair! I got a full color, a hair mask and a silk press. I love Shannel energy. She was nice and offered beverages and snacks. She was extremely informative on the condition my hair was in and what product to use for my hair. She was NOT scissors happy which was a big plus for me. She focused on what my hair needed to grow without feeling like I had to do a big chop and start all over again. She is beast at coloring hair. The shop was extremely clean and bright which set the tone for good vibes. I will only be going to her from now on and would highly recommend!

This is the best black owned, luxury hair salon in the Tampa Bay area. I have been a client of Kym aka Tweet from about a year and she is a master of her craft. My natural hair pattern is curly, and I have primarily worn my hair in its curly state with very little heat manipulation from 2009-2025. I was in need of a change and came to Kym for a silk press (which was bomb) and experienced no heat damage. After that I took the leap and got a sew in (my hair is below bra strap length but everyone needs a little switch up!). I got the 24", wavy and was in love. The bundles lasted the entire year. The atmosphere of the salon is well maintained and very relaxing; snacks and beverages are also provided. Kym also periodically gifts her clients tokens of appreciation on holidays/special occasions. Do not hesitate to book an appointment here! 10/10 recommend.

Tweet was my stylist and I am so, so, so glad that I found her. I have extremely thick hair that is difficult for many stylists to manage. Tweet not only installed my extensions perfectly, but the extensions lasted for months and I was able to use the same exact hair in my next install. My extensions look extremely natural and I’m in love with them, as well as my experience every time I see her at the salon. The salon is extremely clean, everybody is kind and professional, and it’s always a wonderful experience. I highly recommend coming here!

I moved to Tampa a year ago from Atlanta and dreaded the process of finding a hairstylist! Finally, I broke down and researched several hairstylists before deciding to book an appointment with Tweet at Salon Kym Belle and it has been the best decision I’ve made in a while. She is inviting, personable, and very knowledgeable about hair. Everything from the hair wash to styling was top notch! The vibe of the salon is very chic…I love it! My plan was to try a few different stylists. After my first appointment with Tweet, I came home and scheduled my next service. After traveling back and forth to Atlanta to get my hair done, my hair, my wallet, and my husband is so happy I found Tweet at Salon Kym Belle!

Luxury does not even begin to describe my experience here! Absolutely beautiful salon, great amenities. Kim is a consummate professional and I wish I knew about this salon soon.
