I've been coming to Hana for about 2.5 years now and she's wonderful!! Over the months/years my face has improved in reducing break outs, enhancing smoothness and shine. I originally found Hana online and went to her 1-2 times, tried some other facial places, only to return back to Hana because I liked her the best. Being a committed client to her, I always enjoy getting package deals from her because I know I will be getting my money's worth. My facials are never ordinary and dull because Hana always changes it up by using a different product or technique 🙂 Speaking from a business perspective, Hana keeps her spa room very organized, clean and decorated with small touches that make you feel relaxed and at home. She also sends out emails offering at-home tips, special promotions and product education which goes to show that Hana is always trying to improve her skills. I'm also impressed as to how Hana has grown her small-business over time by offering other services such as waxing and chemical peels, etc. I think she is great at what she does because she is a dedicated entrepreneur and not a commercialized chain brand that are generic and ordinary. She listens to your concerns and questions and can customize your treatment accordingly. And I know she works very hard to accommodate all of her clients because there have been times that I've had to ask her to squeeze me in for a last-min facial and she makes it happen. All in all, if you are looking for someone to trust your face with, then trust Hana. You won't be disappointed! 😀

Hana is highly knowledgeable and experienced. I had a facial and if I knew how amazing and relaxing it was I would have come sooner!
