Amys salon has been my place of self care for over 5+yrs..the staff are very professional, friendly and welcoming..the environment is clean and spacious… i have done eyebrows and upper lip threading that is top tier, their henna stays on me for 4weeks , i love that!! Facial always leave my skin looking glowing and rejuvenated..

I’ve been coming to Amy for 11 years now - the service is always consistent, everyone there is always friendly and they do a beautiful job on my eyebrows.

These are pictures one day after my henna tattoo. The henna was very running during the application. She tried fixing it but it did not work. When I returned to the shop the next day to show the outcome and ask for some sort of refund or credit I was told there was nothing they can do. Horrible customer service. And no ownership of the issue that caused this horrible outcome

The best!! I have gone to them for 8+ years and will never let anyone else touch my brows. The staff there is super friendly and their attention to detail is everything!! Highly recommend!!

The worst eyelash experience I've had in a very long time. Let's start with the fact that there's a double charge for double strips. I've been having my eyelashes done every 2 weeks for the last 20+ years without fail and double strips are the norm, not the exception. If I have to tell you to do double strips on regular, non-mink lashes, then the least you can tell me is that you're going to double the price on me to $60. Don't spring that price on me at the register. The actual application was a disaster. Instead of following the shape/curve of my eyelid, it was applied straight across so the edges stuck out. I asked her to fix it properly numerous times with the same result. In the end I gave up. I blame myself. I told myself to walk out as soon as I saw I was the only person there on a Saturday afternoon. All semi-decent spas/salons are packed solid on Saturdays. This one might as well have had tumbleweeds blowing across the floor. Lesson learned. Never again. I couldn't walk around with those cockeyed lashes so I took them off (very easily as the glue barely held them anyway) and paid someone else to do my lashes properly the next day.

Excellent service!! I've decided to go back to threading after many years of waxing my eyebrows & I'm glad I chose Amy's salon! I was able to get an appointment within 15 mins of calling & she did an fantastic job! Best of all, painless & no redness for hours after like I would get from waxing. Can't wait to go back & try other services!

The worst customer service. The owner is only interested in money. Very expensive for 5 minutes service. They have other places not so expensive and very nice people
