Wanted a haircut and hence visitied this salon. Had layers cut with Raj. She did a nice job giving a nice and fresh cut but honestly I felt it is expensive. Overall nice experience!

I got a step cut haircut. 1. I particularly told her not to give a straight cut/shape at the hair tips/ends but she just did that. 2. She used a razor to give layers in the front & the layers are sharp instead of nice feel. It's like someone tore through my hair. 3. There's no proper shape to my hair now (there's a bunch of hair on the top part and barely any at the ends) 4. She cut so much hair when I asked her to cut just little. 5. I told her I had taken a head bath the previous day but she directed me to the sink where instead if washing with some shampoo or something, she just rinsed in water. 6. After cutting hair, she took such a long time to supposedly "blow the hair". But in the end my hair was still damp & I didn't even feel the nice feel you get after a good haircut. I didn't even feel good after that haircut but just courteously left the place. Never visiting again. So bad. As to the response from the owner for the review - 1. I clearly said I got a step cut and never a straight cut - I specifically told that my hair was cut in a straight manner at the tips/edges. So the owner should make sure that they are saying things clearly. 2. All this thing about conditioner was never asked or told to me. And no conditioner was used on my hair by the owner. And don't tell me to call you for further questions when I don't want to waste anymore time on this. Owner, own up the fact that you messed up about the haircut rather than saying things that weren't true

I visited this place for an eyebrow threading recently and had a very disappointing experience. I was in a rush so had to leave quickly. But upon rechecking at home, my eyebrows are a total disaster. The lady has thinned my brows to an extent that it is a joke. I had instructed her to keep it as thick as possible and just remove extra hairs. It’s gonna take several months for me to regrow my eyebrows. On top of it I also see a thread cut above my left eyebrow. I won’t be visiting them again.

Love the place. They're both very professional and gentle. The eyebrow threading is always on point! They also have Rica wax which is great for sensitive skin and hurts less. Highly recommend this place!

Amrit and Raj are amazing. They are very skilled in what they do. Very professional. Her work speaks! You won't be disappointed. Amrits hands work like magic during waxing and its seen, well practiced and professional! It's My go to place for eyebrows and waxing and facial. And Raj is very skilled in her facial massages. I love my facials with her. Worth it. Been a regular customer since 1.5 years now.

Quick and great service! Eyebrows were threaded perfectly. The place is very clean and hygienic. Both Raj and Amrit are very friendly. Ever since I discovered this place a few months back, I've only been going here.
