I had an amazing experience at this Ulta thanks to a truly outstanding sales associate named Nae. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me. When the product I needed wasn’t in stock, she called nearby Ulta locations, found the closest store that had it, and even had it reserved for me. She also took the time to suggest great alternatives. Customer service like this is rare and she made my first visit such a positive experience! Thanks so much again, Nae!

I.had a wonderful experience at the salon a couple of weeks ago. To say I love the way my hair was styled is an understatement. My stylist was Alzandra. She is highly recommended. The environment was very welcoming overall for a busy Black Friday weekend. The checkout line was long, but flowed quick. 5/5 experience. I will be coming back for more salon services.

This was my first time visiting Houston, Texas, and I was trying to find a makeup artist for an entire week with no luck. This past Saturday , I called this Ulta location near my hotel, and the woman who helped schedule my appointment was incredibly kind and helpful. She had no issue booking me over the phone and got me in for 1:15 PM for Sunday January 18th I landed this morning at 9 am and today is my friends wedding day, I went straight to my appointment and arrived on time. I was greeted by Shareen who ended up being my makeup artist. Shareen is extremely kind, talented, and so much fun to talk to. She made me feel comfortable right away, and we were genuinely enjoying each other’s company while she worked on my makeup. Halfway through, she had me look in the mirror to see how everything was coming along. I want to make it very clear her work was beautiful and exactly the style I wanted. The only issue I had was with my skin. Recently, I moved from a very humid environment to a very dry one, and my skin has changed so much because of it. I’ve been constantly trying to hydrate and take care of my skin, but makeup has honestly been a lot harder lately since my texture has been so different and my dryness shows more than it used to. Because this makeup was for a wedding, I really wanted everything to look as smooth and flawless as possible, and I started feeling insecure when I noticed my pores and texture more than usual. Even though I was nervous to say anything (because I didn’t want to come off as a difficult customer), I asked if it was possible to make my skin look smoother. She immediately reassured me and said it would be no problem at all, which was such a relief. She then asked another makeup artist named Bree for help, Bree is a certified MAC Pro Artist at this Ulta. The way both Shareen and Bree worked together to find a solution and make sure I felt confident and happy was truly amazing. They were so patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. They never made me feel like I was being a bother, even though I knew my request could’ve pushed their timing back. Instead, they went out of their way to help me feel beautiful by finding the right products and primers to make my skin look smooth and glowy. They even recommended me products for the future . I also want to thank the manager from the bottom of my heart for being so kind and supportive. She noticed that I felt uncomfortable simply because I felt bad asking for my skin to look a little smoother, and she reassured me in such a genuine way. The three of you truly listened to me and made me feel cared for, and I will never forget that. I’m genuinely so grateful for the service I received. Your kindness and professionalism made such a difference and gave me an amazing start to my first day in Houston. Everyone at this location was wonderful, and the customer service was outstanding. This is by far the most amazing team in the Ulta franchise. I’m so grateful for all of you, and I will recommend this location to everyone I know who lives in Houston. The next time I come back—whether it’s for another wedding or just for fun—I will absolutely be coming here again. Thank you so much, Shareen, Bree, and the entire team! I wish you so much success .

If I could give a negative zero as a rating I would. I had the most horrible and embarrassing experience at this location. I went to return some items that I purchased online. Pamela was my cashier and she never greeted me. I handed her the receipt and told her I wanted to return the items, (one happened to be a bottle of perfume). She picked up the bottle and started inspecting it like she was a freaking FBI or TSA agent. Then she proceeded to hold it up to the light examining it, rubbing her hands all over the bottle, taking the cap off, and smelling it. So, I just stood there and watched her in disbelief. Next, she proceeded to drill me in front of the customers in line by asking," Did you spray or use anything from this bottle?" What???? I was flabbergasted!!! My response was absolutely not! Because I had just received the items in the mail the day prior. Pamela continued with the transaction, slammed the receipt and pen down on the counter, and tells me to sign it. I had to pause and gather my composure because I couldn’t believe what was happening and I didn’t want to make a scene. At this point, I should’ve asked for the manager. But, I left because I didn’t want this incident to ruin the rest of my day. Pamela should be FIRED!!!! This girl doesn’t deserve to work in the customer service industry. She has absolutely no manners. Especially with her jacked up attitude which was totally nasty, and those jacked up eyelashes that need fixing. Corporate will hear about this because I felt discriminated against. I will never go to the location ever again. Ulta will lose and not keep customers with employees like Pamela who are rude, disrespectful, impolite, and hateful!

Ulta Beauty in Sugar Land is my go-to spot for all things beauty! 💄✨ The store is always bright, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I need — from skincare and makeup to hair products and perfume. 💅🛍️ The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to help with recommendations or shade matching. 💕 I really appreciate how welcoming the atmosphere is — it’s a great place to treat yourself and explore new products! 🌸💖 Highly recommend this location for anyone who loves great service and an amazing selection! 🌟🙌

Recently went in this week and wanted to use a coupon that was $10 off $50 of makeup, including prestige. Between me and the cashier, it wasn’t readily in the description that it had to be an online order but nothing was coming up for her to scan. We decided it seemed to be intended for online. I went to put back my stuff and another member of the team saw me and asked what was wrong. I told her and that it was okay but she was so sweet and said to put it in for pickup right now and she would pack it for me. I really appreciate her help bc I was pretty disappointed at my error. She was the manager that day and she was very kind and patient, as was the cashier who tried to help.

I came in with dull, heavy hair and honestly had no idea what I wanted. Alzandra "Al" helped me from the moment I walked in. She ended up giving me the perfect cut and color — my hair looks so vibrant now, feels SO soft, and just overall so much better. I had such a great experience and I highly recommend her. Shes fun too 😉
