Fredia is a very kind person, but pretty unreliable when it comes to getting in contact with you about canceling your appointment I live pretty far away and my appointment was canceled 36 minutes before the actual appointment. I was texted that she was not gonna make it and could I reschedule for a few hours later thankfully I had not left my house and gone to the appointment because I hadn't heard from her after texting her for a few days trying to confirm the appointment. We finally came up with a time that worked. I went to the appointment later that afternoon my hair was braided. The parts are all completely uneven, I ended up getting a lot of bumps in my hair due to the braids being so tight and redness I'm extremely concerned about my edges...I texted Fredia and it's been eight days since I texted her I reached out two or three different times and have yet to hear anything in regards to helping me remedy the situation. My entire scalp from front to back looks like this. Hopefully my hair is not gonna fall out and now I have to pay someone else to do my hair after spending $250 to get it braided Unfortunately I won't be going back. I wish Fredia would have responded to my text and pictures so we could have fixed this privately

Freida is amazing, knowledgeable, welcoming, encouraging. It was my first time getting extensions and I was nervous but she calmed my nerves and she did a more than awesome job. I loved my extensions that I became a return customer. Call her if you want extensions....I dare you!

I have always had the best experience with Freida! Been with her for years. When I have important dates coming up and I know I want to question if my hair will look perfect, I come to her! I always get my hair done by Freida and I always leave her shop feeling fabulous and beautiful. She is a perfectionist when it comes to her work and it definitely shows! Freida is talented, professional and warm hearted. She has made my hair grow and very healthy. She doesn’t treat you like cattle- she cares!. She takes her time and gets it right!
