Received lash extensions (which i had some on from a previous artist whom i love and shouldn’t have strayed), within a couple hours they felt crunchy and HURT. lash artist wasn’t getting back immediately & then provided no solutions/refund despite telling me she’d contact me at a certain time the coming Friday. It came and went, but instead of any contact she had blocked me. Extremely unprofessional, talked down to me as if I had done something wrong (when I didn’t and KNOW how to take care of my lashes), and I’ve had a couple others personal to me who have shared that had a similar experience. It’s unfortunate because I really enjoyed the artist at the time, but afterwards she tried speaking to me as if I was incompetent, as well as very obviously using answers from chat GPT for every response. I’d like to add that the artist did NOT call me when she stated in the response, but only about a month later tried to. At that I dismissed it because I was not going to talk to someone who was rude because the voicemail she left sounded extremely rude (that I still have). I’ve had lashes since two weeks after this artist and have had no issues. The other artist is extremely kind and attentive, she even pointed out how badly isolated they were when I came in with some lashes still on. I highly recommend looking elsewhere, as someone else I know (who is a minor so I wouldn’t speak names) had the same experience regarding the pain and fallout.

Emily did an amazing job on my lashes! She’s super sweet and attentive. I loved the atmosphere as well, very cozy! Definitely recommend her for your lash extensions!

Love. Love . Love…. First off, the schedule was super convenient. It was my first time ever getting lashes and Dai’Janise was very nice and explained the whole process including after care and maintenance to me. The place was very welcoming and very clean!!!

Brooklyn did an amazing job with my fill! She was able to replicate design from my inspo pic and it looks fantastic! BTW-the full set she applied in October had not lifted which has never happened before for me with any other nail salon. This fill appointment was 6 weeks later.

Emily is great! I got my lashes done for the first time and they turned out amazing. I only paid $50 which is such a good price for this service. I will be doing this regularly now considering how good it is for the price.
