I usually just get a trim at a beauty school because I have tried a few salons here in Saint George and have not been able to find a great hair stylist but I finally decided I need layers and my bangs done and so I went to ULTA and "Zakina" helped me and all I can say is she knows what she’s doing! I LOVE my cut she did exactly what I was asking even my husband was happy! I highly recommend her! So far she has toned my blonde and second time she cut it for me and all I can say is this girl knows how to cut and I like how she’s fearless about it and I highly recommend her❤️

It is a really fun store to go to! I got my hair dyed for an opera competition and it came out a different color than I wanted. But no worries, they fixed it for free. They have friendly and kind costumer service. Also, they have all the makeup and hair products you’ll ever need!❤️❤️

I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at this Ulta location due entirely to an employee named Gabe. From what I personally observed while in the store, he was consistently rude, dismissive, and carried an entitled attitude toward both customers and those around him. His tone and body language made it clear he had no interest in providing basic customer service, and it created a tense, unwelcoming environment. This wasn’t a one-off moment of stress—it appeared to be a pattern of behavior throughout my visit. Ulta prides itself on inclusivity, professionalism, and customer care, and Gabe’s conduct was the complete opposite of those values. Employees like this damage the experience for customers and reflect poorly on the brand as a whole. Management should take this seriously, as this level of disrespect has no place in a customer-facing role. At minimum, corrective action is needed—and honestly, someone who treats customers this way should not be representing the company at all.

I am filing this complaint due to the unacceptable conduct of an employee named Gabe. His behavior toward customers was overtly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He spoke with a condescending tone, displayed clear irritation when interacting with customers, and demonstrated a level of entitlement that is completely inappropriate for a customer-facing position. Especially on Christmas! Won’t be going back.. This conduct goes beyond poor customer service and indicates a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. Allowing an employee to consistently interact with customers in this manner undermines trust, damages the brand, and reflects a failure to uphold basic service standards. This situation warrants immediate review and corrective action, as behavior of this nature should not be tolerated on the sales floor.

I am a frequent shopper at Ulta. I was looking for some things and Olive your employee was very attentive with helping me and answered all my questions. She is very knowledgeable with everything at the store. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends. She has an amazing personality. Thank you Ulta for hiring people like Olive.

I went to Ulta for the first time in St. George, UT on River Road by Petsmart. I didn't get 2 feet in the door before my throat caught fire from the overwhelming cologne or fragrance that was in there. That was followed by constriction in my lungs and I was unable to breathe. Cologne has NOTHING to do with beauty. And more and more people have fragrance allergies, like myself. I needed to buy make-up and instead I was assaulted by what ever they were using to fragrance the store. Do better. There is no need for what ever that was, gross.

I went into Ulta a few days ago and had top notch experience. Gabe helped me pick out the right type of makeup best for my skin tone and skin type. And even took time to let me know the benefits of some of the products I was purchasing. I will be asking for his assistance time after time when purchasing makeup from Ulta again!!! Thank you Gabe for such a fantastic experience!!! 😁
