I received a monetary blessing and I immediately remember that I had seen this salon one morning that I had been walking past. I went there and oh goodness was I oh so satisfied with the service Emilianet gave me. The service was only the surface, the peace and spiritual environment that is breathed in that place is the best experience I’ve had. I absolutely loved my time at Encanto Beauty Spa. I felt like family. God bless them greatly now and always. Thank you. With this I would like to recommend Encanto Beauty Spa to every one looking for their services. 💯 I say all of this from the bottom of my heart ❤️!! Thank you oh so much once again! I had my ends trimmed and my nails done 💅 in chrome gold! EXCEPTIONAL JOB!! 💯

Allow me to set the scene. We came in to no greeting. There was only one personal working. She instantly spoke to us in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish but the friend I was with does. We asked if she had time for a walk in, simple hair cut. I came in with freshly washed hair with no products in. I have wavy/curly mid back length hair. I wanted it past my shoulders/ mid chest hair cut. I brought in a photo of myself with a hair cut I liked from a few years ago. Easy enough. She washed my hair again even though I didn’t want that. She barely looked at my photo. Took more time to wash my hair than to cut it. Maybe 10 minutes in the chair. Zero consultation. Zero products used. Not only did she not give me what I asked for but she totally botched it. Choppy, horrible layering, killed my curls, made it too short. I gave the cut several days to try and adjust, but I was really unhappy with it. I couldn’t decide if I should go back or leave this review. If I went back I wouldn’t even want her to touch my hair again. Only way I’d be happy is if I got a refund. I am leaving a review because it was all the good reviews left that made me want to come in. When I went to have it fixed that was the confirmation of how bad it really was. Doesn’t even look good in a ponytail, only thing I can do now is wait for it to grow out. I feel self conscious now. Beyond disappointed.

I went yesterday to Encanto for the first time and I left so happy. Janet did my hair amazingly well and more. She is so knowledgeable and kind that you’ll leave this place feeling refreshed. If you haven’t done so already, please please please give this place a chance and visit Janet.

I love this place and recommend it to everyone I know. Ivianette is the best hairstylist and she's always very attentive and caring. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. Best place in the area hands down!

20/10 recommend, after having various bad experiences in other salons she definitely gained my trust 100% eyes closed! Amazing customer service, made me feel Super comfortable and relaxed while in the chair, listen to every single detail and did everything even better than I could have imagined!!! And over all is 100% honest and prioritizes hair health over all!! Made sure that after my bleaching process my hair was still in better condition than when I came in!! If you are looking for something truly worth you money this is the place for you

Janet was so welcoming and gave my hair a new look with layers and a blow out! Lianellys is amazing at eyebrow design and tint! Highly recommend if you’re in Saint Cloud.

I love Encanto salon 10/10 !! I always feel welcome. Janet is an expert with the butterfly haircut and blowouts. She does a beautiful job every time.
