Stellar service and great selection at the Sandy Ulta location The trip to the Ulta store in Sandy offered a fantastic shopping experience. When browsing for make up and a new moisturizer, foundation, and hair care. An associate named Emma offered assistance. Unlike pushy sales tactics at other stores, She was knowledgeable and attentive. The associate listened to specific needs and recommended a product that was a perfect match for my skin type, and hair type. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with both high-end and drugstore brands. The clear signage helped to navigate the different sections. The checkout process helped by Malika was smooth and efficient. It's refreshing to have such a positive and personalized experience in a chain store. Returning to the store is likely.

If you love makeup and haircare products then this is the store for you. They have high end stuff and just your basic brands too. They carry fragrances and anything beauty related that you might desire. There is also a salon in the back area. Go get your self done up pretty my friends!

I don't know a lot about make up but needed a couple things for my daughter's ballet performances. We went to Ulta hoping for help and were not disappointed! We walked in and in less than a minute had a cute girl asking if we'd like help. She was fantastic! We left with exactly what we came for. We'll definitely go back!

Customer service is disgusting. Please someone check on the heavier employee that treats customers as if they are below her. I asked her if she could help me (i’m sorry that i cut off the conversation you were having with your coworker about personal stuff so you could do your job) and she preferred to call someone else to come and help me get a cologne. After they made us wait for 8 min for the other employee, that guess what? never came, i went to ask for help on the cashier counter and the heavier employee got annoyed. I just wanted to check how long would the wait be for something so simple, but she decided to cut me off before i even ask and answer with a condescending tone that they were busy with other people. I never saw her talking with any costumers only with the other coworker that was just looking around and giggling. The only one with people was the girl in the cashier counter helping the line. I went back to the perfume/cologne part to wait. She did send someone after that, the cashier girl, after she made her switch places. I went to the line to pay for the cologne and when it was my turn to pay the heavier employee turn around ignoring me and my boyfriend and decided to switch places again with the cashier girl. I guess she couldn’t be bother with us. They gave me the wrong cologne and they only realized that when i pointed out the fact they were charging me $156 for something that said $125, when i asked why the cashier girl didn’t know how to react and was silly smiling the whole time, she asked someone for help but that someone never came either. After they made us wait for another 10 min they told us they didn’t have the cologne. Again, check on her. She is as big as her dislike for customers.

I came in tonight in a bind! My curling iron had broke and I had a photo shoot the next morning, the price online was different than the one in store, the cute gals at the front helped me not only get the online price but also another 10% off by signing up for rewards! They were super patient while the online pickup order went through. I really appreciate their time and attention especially 20min before the store closed! I wish I could give names! Thanks again! 💕

I had a really disappointing experience at this Ulta location. As soon as I walked in, no one greeted me or made me feel acknowledged at all. When I got to the counter, the girl who helped me came off really snobby and completely unhelpful. I was clearly trying to find a coupon, and instead of being patient or offering assistance, she made me feel rushed. She also didn’t mention anything about my Ulta points, which should’ve been standard it honestly felt like she didn’t care. Customer service matters, and I didn’t feel welcomed or valued here at all. training definitely needs to be put in place.

Could not recommend this location more. Today the Midvale location canceled on me last minute ( for engagement photos) and the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I called this location and the girl was so sweet and polite, she said give me a minute let me see what I can do. Less than 45 seconds they got me a last minute appointment. From being greeted by 2 different women , someone helping me go to where they do their makeup, the service EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! The manager checked on me multiple times and they even gave me a gift! They didn’t have to do that , I was in awe of the service 🤍 my makeup is PERFECT! Thank you Angie Cassidy Dailynn you ladies turned my day around in a special time in my life! Definitely the location I will be going to.
