L Salon and Color Group

This was the first time at L Salon. The salon and Vanessa were recommended by a friend who is a client. I am so pleased I have made the move and appreciate the time Vanessa spent with me in our consultation and during my first appointment. My hair looks healthy and rich again. I am very happy to have Vanessa as my new colorist!!

Olivia was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. While I was waiting after checking in, she greeted me and even complimented my sweater, which made me feel welcomed. She asked what I wanted today, and after I showed her a few reference photos and explained what I wanted in detail, she immediately understood the memo and got the job done exactly what I was hoping for. Olivia was also very easy to talk to and made the entire experience feel warm and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon 🙂

I would rate L Salon five stars if they were better at handling feedback and not gossiping about their clients. I've been a customer for over four years, and it took me some time to find the right hairstylist. After trying a few, I realized that Elizabeth was the one for me. However, whenever I visit the salon, the stylists I previously tried tend to give me the cold shoulder and smirk at me. I have always tried to be gracious about switching stylists, so this behavior is quite disappointing. There was a time when I had my eyelashes curled. Upon returning home, my husband said he couldn’t see any difference between the before and after. I felt the same way, so I called the salon to seek their help. The next day, when I went back, I was met with stares and insinuations that I must not have taken care of my lashes or had showered, which ruined the curl. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes—which we all make—the stylists seemed to accuse me of being insecure or of not knowing how to style my hair or follow instructions, particularly when I was specific about color or haircut preferences. It felt like the stylists in the salon reacted defensively to any negative feedback, choosing to blame the customer instead of acknowledging that they might not have done their best work or that I simply had particular preferences. Their response included unprofessional stares, gossip and innuendo. If Gina and Elizabeth weren’t such great stylists, I would definitely consider finding another salon.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Lenny at L Salon for the past six months, and I couldn’t be happier! Lenny is the most attentive hairstylist I’ve had in the past ten years. He truly listens and asks questions to ensure he understands exactly what I want. His great attitude and constant smile make everyone feel welcome. Lenny takes his time to make sure I’m completely satisfied with my haircut, and I’ve never felt rushed. Plus, prices are fair - especially compared to crazy prices charged in California salons. If you’re looking for a stylist who genuinely cares about his clients, Lenny is your guy! Plus, the L Salon is conveniently located near metered parking. Highly recommend!

I wanted to go on google and share my experience at L salon. As someone who has struggled with finding their perfect hairstylist match, PLEASE come to L salon to find one! Meeting my hair stylist Olivia, she was so observant and really got to know me as a client. Paying attention to all detail from what I do with my hair on daily basis, to what my biggest concerns were with my hair. Everyone was so kind offering me water and showing me around the salon! I will so come back and am so happy!

Lily was AMAZING! She spent 3-4 hours getting rid of the orange tint in my hair and adding full highlights and the results are just as I wanted! I could recommend her to every person ever. I’m definitely coming again!

I had my hair cut by Nicki and it was a wonderful experience. She was meticulous about making sure every detail was perfect. I have shorter hair and wanted a style that would look good while growing it out. I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Nicki is amazing!
