I'm honestly disappointed and shocked by the unprofessional behavior I experienced. After being a loyal customer for years I allowed someone else to do my hair ONCE because my guy insisted on letting his friend do it--Meiling called me disloyal. The level of pettiness speaks volumes. I've always supported her business but that experience made it clear that professionalism is not a priority. If you value flexibility, mutual respect, and a drama free environment, think twice before booking with Mei-ling. Who's got time for a guilt-tripping immature stylist?? There's too many talented and professional stylists out there.

FANTASTIC experience! Mei'Ling and Sarita are so kind and truly care about you and your hair! I decided to try a stylist who specializes in black natural hair because my hair was extremely dry and damaged, and I was struggling to care for it properly on my own. Mei'Ling asked questions, and we chatted about protective styles. She did a two strand twist and explained how she would help me get my hair to a healthier place. The product line she created (Medusa's Magic) has a divine aroma and feels amazing in my hair. I'm so excited for my next appointment!
