Fabulous and friendly people. After more than a year that my long time stylist retired, and no salon haircut, I think I finally found a new salon home! Natalie was great, her suggestions were spot on, she makes sure to ask about your personal style, and pays attention to detail.

If you are looking for a sweet knowledgeable hairstylist go see Denise at Special FX Salon & Day Spa. Schedule an appointment and get in the chair. I’m in love with my hair—she did exactly what I wanted haha I was doing excited silent screams after so yeah I was very happy 🖤🖤🖤 Did a brown to black with a toner and had her even out my hair because I had different lengths all over the place. I love it—she gave me the Morticia blow out. She also recommended great products for my hair. My hair looks so shiny and healthy now 🖤🖤🖤 #hairtok #sanjose #blackhair #salon #morticiaaddams

I have been following this salon for several months, as I was looking at making a dramatic change in my hair color. My hair color was very very dark brown and lacked dimension and depth. As I checked out the website over the last six months I noticed Meghan’s work, and I liked what I was seeing. I went in for a consultation and she really listened to me. I shared photos of hair colors I liked and those I didn’t like. Wow, was I impressed with her recommendations. I came back about two weeks later and she achieved the depth and dimension my hair was lacking… she is truly amazing, passionate and very professional! Thank you Meghan for an amazing job!

Booked a last minute appointment here with Natalie, whom I hadn't seen before, before a trip to "fix" some color issues left from my regular stylist. She listened to my concerns and did a nice job getting my color to where I wanted it. I appreciated them getting me in at the last minute and was happy with the service!

First time at this salon and it did not disappoint. The salon is very clean and beautiful! But what will keep me coming back is Anahy ! She absolutely delivered and revived my hair. Loved how quick she was but still payed attention to detail. I can’t remember the last time I loved my hair this much.

I am beyond impressed with my hair! I loved how Heath walked me through every step. I couldn’t be happier.
