Blo Blow Dry Bar

This is directed to Christine W. the owner no one else (Alex & Tori are lovely & Alex's customer service is exceptional). Would love to do a poll: if you receive an email on 1/14/26 about an encouragement to sign up for a Blo Membership with a specified $80 a month & it comes from the Blo Rocklin location, and because of this email, you cancelled your existing Blo membership and re-enroll, is it the owner's responsibility to rectify the situation? No disclaimer. No asterisks. When you are given the owner's number, she stops responding as soon as you put any kind of pressure on her to hear you out and open up the room for a conversation (especially after originally leaving a 5 star review and being a Blo member). She refuses to give out an email, and just mentions that she set up a drip campaign 4 years ago and she has no idea where this came from (this came from her location's inbox). I believe that mistakes happen, but attitude and lack of effort to rectify is not a good look for the owner. Bringing this to the attention of others: there are other Blo salons that have $80 a month, even if membership is now $95, if you booked or cancelled under a pretense that came from the official location's messaging, you have a case to stand on. Bring this to the attention of corporate just like I will be doing.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was offered Champagne and bubbly water. I loved the scalp Massage and the way my hair turned out. I was really impressed with the stylists skills. My hair was bouncy, silky, shiny and ready for a fun night. Its been about 3 days and my hair is still looking and feeling good. Normally my hair wouldnt look or feel this nice by now. I’ll definitely be back for another blow out and might try some other treatments as well.

My bridesmaids and I chose to get our hair and makeup done in the salon on my wedding day and we could not have been happier! Everyone looked amazing, and the hair and makeup stayed flawless ALL day long! I felt like a beautiful princess and I received so many compliments. Our experience in the bar was so fun. Christie and the team took the time to make sure we were all comfortable and having fun. She even offered us complimentary coffee, tea, and drinks which was such a thoughtful touch. We had the whole salon to ourselves so it felt like our own private glam session, complete with fun music. The salon was also decorated so cute which made things extra fun! They even had a custom congrats sign made up at the entrance! Chantelle did my hair and makeup and I have never felt more beautiful. She did an amazing job. The makeup and hair trial looked perfect, but the day of my wedding was somehow even better. She listened to my input about not wanting very heavy or dark colors, and having a more natural look instead of heavy contouring. All of the stylists expertly recreated the pictures we brought in and offered advice for the girls who were unsure about what they wanted. I can't say enough how happy we were with the final result. Thank you again to the whole team! You were all incredibly talented and so fun to work with. I would definitely recommend and hope to come back the next time I need hair/makeup for an event!

I went in for the first time to get my hair done before a wedding I was attending (I'm not great at doing my own) and it was great. The stylist was awesome and I loved the results!! Will definitely be going back
