I just got back from Susan Beauty & Spa, I’m so happy after I went there. I’ve been wanting to change my hair color for years and I was afraid not to get what I wanted, but I gave them a chance and I’m definitely pleased. My hair looks amazing, I’ll leave here some pictures of what I asked for Vs. what I got. I love it 😍 Also, the location is convenient, the place inside looks really nice, the staff is friendly and well trained, they speak English and Spanish, and there’s so many more services than just balayages.

The stylist was really friendly and took time to listen to exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean and had a nice vibe — relaxing music and a comfy chair. Great experience overall.

I have thick hair, and I’ve always struggled to find someone who can handle it well, but the stylist here does an amazing job! I highly recommend them. Plus, the whole team is super friendly and welcoming.

More than a year ago my hair was very damage, frizz and dull. After Susan took care of my hair was transform to a healthy, soft, natural shine and beauty hair.
