I was so upset with this place after my wedding I couldn't even write a review. The girl (Aly maybe was her name?) RUINED my hair the day of my wedding. It was disgusting. I've never been able to show any of my pics from my wedding because it was so absolutely horrid. Took my husband and I 4 hours to brush out the gross mess of my hair. I asked for light airy curls... She teased my hair so much and put so much product in.. Its taken me a long time to get over it and I don't think I am still almost 2 years later. Then their "makeup" artist made my bridesmaids look like clowns. Didn't color match at all, my sister who has very tan skin had the whitest face I've ever seen. Over charged us all just for the bride to be extremely upset (there was No saving my hair, the damage was already done) and all the girls had to redo their make up. Do not spend your time or money on this place!!!!!!!!!!

Our bridal party had come in to get our hair and makeup done, and the service was great for getting the room set up well, having the sauna available and turning on the fireplace. The hair stylists did a nice job with all of our hair, but we had a TERRIBLE make up artist who made 2 of the party look like clowns. When we told her we were unhappy with the makeup, she got really upset and made the makeup look worse. When we went to pay, the prices did not align AT ALL with what we were quoted for the price and when mentioning this, they did not care and still overcharged us for makeup we had to take completely off and redo ourselves. Even when the bride had come for her makeup trial with another girl, she said she did not do a good job at all either. I would say the hair stylists are worth it, but don't get your make up done here, and watch our for them lying on their pricing.

The staff here is exceptional. Services are outstanding but the receptionist they have is driving their clients away. Both my stylist and nail tech left because of the abuse. I too was treated horribly by her. Since Frank passed away, the business has gone downhill.They don't care like he did.

Called to book an appointment and thought it went well. I had a zoom video meeting and wanted my hair colored at least 3 days in advance so the staining of the scalp would be gone. She knew this when I booked my appointment and made it for the Saturday before. I sent an email with photos of what I wanted and thought all is good. I get there on Saturday and they are closed. I called the shop and emailed her personal account to find out what was up. I got a response on Tuesday claiming that my appointment was for the upcoming Saturday the day after my zoom meeting. I figured if you can not handle a simple task like scheduling you can't handle a triple color on someones head.

First time here - everyone was friendly and my stylist, Dawn, was amazing. She spent an hour with me, getting to know my hair care routine and actually listening to me. She gave me an excellent cut and I will be back.

I go to Partners in Design Spa and see Wanda for massages. She is absolutely amazing and a master of her craft. You wouldn’t know it from the outside, but once you walk in, the spa has that high-end vibe, and the rooms are clean, tranquil and relaxing. They have taken the appropriate measures to ensure safety during Covid so that their clients and staff can have peace of mind. Highly recommended!

One of the best hair cuts. They actually listened to what i wanted and did it. I also like the fact they offer so many other services. Everyone was fun and kind. Im going back for a pedicure in a week. This was my first time here.
