HOB is literally heaven for hair! My stylist Brooke is always on top of it and knows what I want better than I could ever explain it! She values the quality and health of my hair while always making sure I am happy with the results. Not to mention she is about the sweetest , most genuine girl out there! All of the staff is so welcoming and the vibes and music are always on point! Do yourself a favor and book with my girl Brooke or any of these talented beauties!! 🩷

My stylist was Kenzie. She does amazing every time I get my hair done by her. Every time you walk in, you instantly feel welcomed by everyone especially Kenzie. She always talk to her clients like their friends. She always puts hard work and time in when she does your hair. When she rinses, she massages your head helping you relax. Kenzie is very affordable for her work and how amazing it looks in the end.

I’ve been going to Kenzie for years and I literally travel 4 hours just to have my hair done by her. She is hands down the best hairstylist. Not only is she amazing at doing blonde transformations, but her fun and vibrant personality makes every appointment an absolute joy! Book with Kenzie! You won’t regret it🫶🏽

Have been going to house of beauty for years! Pricing is reasonable and I don’t have to spend all day getting my hair done. Taylor always gives me exactly what I ask for! She’s very quick and extremely personable.

I had a disappointing experience at this salon, and I feel it’s important to document it. I booked an appointment for fullhead highlights, specifically asking to lighten the roots and tint the rest of my already-lightened hair as a medium light brown. I showed pictures and clearly communicated that I wanted the highlights to be lighter than my natural black hair, but not blonde. During the process, my stylist barely spoke to me. She applied the foils so quickly that, even though my appointment started at 1:30, she was done by 1:50. It didn't feel like a full root touch-up, more like a partial highlight job. Afterward, she had me move to the couches, where she first took the time to blow-dry her own hair and then started working with another client for extensions. This process took about an hour. Usually, my processing time isn’t that long, so I assumed I’d be the main focus, but it felt like I was being neglected. By 2:50, she finally took me to wash my hair, and I thought I was next in line to be properly attended to, but she left the toner in while she worked on another man’s haircut. While I understand that multitasking is part of the job, it felt like I wasn’t being prioritized as a client getting color done...color, which, if not done correctly, can easily go wrong. Afterward, she kept adding more color, and I was confused but just laid there, waiting for it to end. When it was done, I could tell the result was terrible before she even began to blow-dry. My hair looked grey, and the highlights were barely visible—like I had a full head of color instead of the highlights I asked for. I was heartbroken. I paid for the service but ended up crying in the car afterward. I told my mom about what happened, and she went to speak with the stylist. The stylist came out to hug me and offered to fix the issue on Monday, but her solution was just to add another round of brown color. She later explained that the toner had been left on too long, which caused my hair to turn too ashy. However, in follow-up text messages, she said it wasn’t her "job" to remove the color that had already been applied. My hair was already lightened to the right level for the brown I wanted, and with proper care and the correct color formula, it could have achieved the desired result. Why take me as a client if you're not willing to properly explain things or address issues? Nothing was explained to me while I was in the chair, and it wasn’t until I was crying afterward that any explanation was given. She made it seem like my expectations were completely reasonable and achievable, but that wasn’t the case..I didn’t want to darken my hair; I asked for highlights, not lowlights. I didn’t want to go back. This was the second time my hair had been messed up here, once in 2023 when another stylist added black dye on top of my highlights. The previous owner, Alex, fixed it beautifully, but she no longer works there. I decided to give the salon another try before my prom, thinking the co-owner would be just as skilled. Unfortunately, she wasn't. It took significant effort on our part to get any compensation for the failed service, and in the end, I was only offered a 25% refund off a $145 service. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning.

Kylia and Jade provide an EXCELLENCE in both the manicure and the pedicure areas. Every time I leave I'm astounded at the level of detail and care that goes into every visit. Their place is pristine, every tool is cleaned and disinfected. Highly recommend!!! 10/10

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED Went in for the first time my blonde turned orange after a week. I tried to reach out to the owner Jordyn to sched an appointment with her and never did hear back. (I know it’s the holidays but please let your future clients know if you’re not able to set up appointments or if you’re out of town so they don’t expect a message till after the holidays it’s only respectful if you return a message instead of leaving them on unread for a week) definitely not happy with this place and won’t be coming back. Cute salon but don’t tell people you can do one thing then mess it up or ghost you as a potential client. It’s rude and unprofessional if you can’t return messages for clients (regardless of the time of the year)
