I had such a wonderful experience during my facial! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. The space was clean, relaxing, and peaceful. Manu did an amazing job, she took the time to understand my skin concerns and customized the treatment perfectly. My skin felt incredibly soft, hydrated, and refreshed afterward. I also appreciated how gentle she was and how clearly she explained each step of the process. Overall, it was one of the best facials I’ve ever had. I left feeling rejuvenated and glowing. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience getting a facial from Rebeka in Provo at the Aveda Institute! I happened to be in town for the weekend and they were able to fit me in for a last-minute appointment. Rebeka was very professional, courteous, and thoughtful. She discussed my skin, made recommendations, and checked in to be sure everything was going well throughout our session. The pricing is extremely reasonable and easily as good as facials I’ve paid triple that amount for. I would definitely go again for facials (ask for Rebeka before she graduates!) or I’d try other services also.

I went in for a 90 minute massage and to be totally transparent I wasn’t expecting anything special. I was pleasantly surprised and completely wrong. Very professional atmosphere and very well managed. Michael was awesome and took care of all my problem areas. He asked me what my problem areas are and then proceeded to focus on those areas. The instructor was great as well and very professional, making sure Michael took care of all my problems. Great service tailored to my needs, I couldn’t even tell It was a student at times. I would recommend Aveda to anyone, plus it is very affordable. I will definitely be going back!

Madison did an absolutely wonderful job with my facial today. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She explained each step, paid close attention to my skin’s needs, and the entire experience was so relaxing. My skin feels amazing, and I truly appreciated her care and expertise. I highly recommend Madison and look forward to booking with her again!

I usually have a pretty good experience here, but I came in for a hair trim and had the worst cut of my life. My hair was long and had layers and I just asked for a trim with no length taken off. The stylist said she would only take off half an inch. At the end of the appointment I could tell it was a lot shorter so I told the instructor. I understand that having a student do your hair has risk, but she told me she graduates in a week so I trusted it would be okay. I mean it’s a trim right? Well, when I got home I straightened my hair and immediately started sobbing. She took off probably 3 or more inches and my hair has never been so uneven. I asked for it to be rounded and I have a blunt crooked cut. I called back and they offered to fix it but it’s not even worth losing any more length. Super disappointed and depressed I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed, and wait 6 months for my hair to grow back.

Carleigh was amazing! I’ve never had a facial before, so the consultation helped a ton to understand what my skin needed and she gave great tips throughout the facial so I can figure out my skin issues moving forward. I will definitely be coming back!

Sage did an amazing job shaping my brows! She really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything was just right. She was so sweet and kind, and the whole experience was incredibly enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with my brows and will definitely be back to see her again!
