I’ve been going to Jenna for nearly two years, and I always leave beyond happy with her work. I’m a natural brunette, and she makes me look like a natural blonde while keeping my hair soft and full. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and her service goes above and beyond every time. All the girls at Lush are incredibly sweet, and I feel welcome every time.

Ive gone from brunette to blonde to red head and she's effortlessly colored my hair to match my skin tone and guided me throughout the entire process. She has an amazing attention to detail, great technique, and overall an absolute pleasure to chat with. I always leave feeling so beautiful and confident! I have been going to Jenna since 2018 and her work is always amazing! I love getting my hair colored by Jenna, whether I’m going blonde, black or adding color. Jenna is knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. She truly makes the whole experience run smoothly. I’ve referred her to so many friends and families and I can’t recommend her enough. I’ve been a client of ARNO for over 10 years, and it truly breaks my heart to write this. I’ve always trusted him with my hair, but my most recent visit at Lush Salon left me devastated. After requesting a trim/shaping of layers and flat iron, my curls were badly damaged and much of my length was cut choppy & uneven. For anyone with CURLY or TEXTURE hair — please be cautious!! The care and attention I once experienced here seem to have changed, and I would hate for anyone else to go through the same heartbreak. I work extremely hard to care for my curls and this man ruined my crown without a care. I hope this feedback encourages more awareness and care moving forward to his next client. *first 2 photos of me in green is literally right before my botched hair salon experience.

I had been a client of Linh’s for years before she put me on to Jenna. I can’t rave enough about the incredible services I’ve received from both ladies. I’ve been with Jenna now since 2022 and she continues to deliver whatever crazy thing I ask for, while still maintaining the integrity of my hair. So grateful for a professional and experienced stylist who is able to give me what I’m looking for while accommodating all my needs. From going from virgin black hair to platinum blonde (and every other shade of blonde since), to other various colors (pink, blue, coral, browns), and all types of cuts/styles, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. And don’t even get me started on her scalp massages.. just wow. Jenna exceeds beyond my expectations, and I leave Lush satisfied and feeling sexy, every time. Highly recommend for all things hair!

I had such a great experience with Jenna @jenna.kojima on Instagram! She did my cut, color, and style, and I was so impressed by her attention to detail throughout the entire appointment. She really takes the time to listen during consultation and makes sure you feel completely comfortable with every step. On top of that, the salon is absolutely beautiful — clean, welcoming, and such a relaxing space to be in.
