I had my facial with Haley and it was a relaxing experience from start to finish. I almost fell asleep. The ambiance of the salon was absolutely lovely—calm, clean, and beautifully set up, which immediately put me at ease. The atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming, I look forward to going back.

I had such a great experience with Kendrea. She gave me the Brow Wax and Tint and the Clean and Natural 40 minute facial. She was very knowledgeable on the best product types for my skin and was willing to answer any questions I had at any point during the process. I was really scared about my brows, having had them overdone in the past. Kendrea listened to my desires for a light touch up and did a fantastic job on them. The tint was even and neatly done. The facial was great, very relaxing and the lymphatic drainage was a good addition to the service. A critique for the business is they should find a way to allow and encourage service enhancements on the spot. The way the timing is structured for appointments does not allow for any on the spot additions because there is an appointment immediately following the first. Overall the place was cozy, well decorated, and welcoming. Bathrooms might also want a soft close function cause the doors are near some facial stations. Great place for a quick to typical service length. Quality products and good employees. I highly Recommend Kendrea S. for any services.

Olivia did an amazing job listening and working around some of the issues I have with sensitive skin that had been breaking out a lot! I did the mini dermaplane. She was so thorough with my extractions, sent me home with some samples that helped & overall was so communicative and gentle! Sad face to her moving back home!

Had an incredible treatment with McKenna - so relaxing and I feel so hydrated and glowy. She spent some time chatting with me before and we actually decided to change my treatment based on my needs. Ended up doing the clean and natural with the Hungarian massage add on. Would totally recommend both! Also love that you can book same day!

Finally tried this place for the first time last weekend and was able to book my appt an hour or so in advance. I did have a little trouble booking online before creating an account, but was able to call and easily confirm the first time slot I selected. I had Kendrea as my technician and she was great with asking preferences and explaining certain steps to me while still keeping a quiet and relaxing atmosphere so I could completely zen out. I did a sculpt facial and added on dermaplaning - loved it and would definitely go back for another pamper me day in the future! I also went with a friend who loved her treatment as well.

McKenna was very attentive and very informative! This was my first time going to this facility. I booked for the Cyro Queen facial, dermaplaning, skin renewal mask, and extractions. Will go again soon and book McKenna 🙂
