Yanet does not know how to cut short hair. My grandmother is disabled and unable to speak out loud, which makes clear communication and consent even more important. Yanet did not explain what she was doing and rushed through the service. Without asking permission or discussing the plan, she shaved my grandmother’s hair using a men’s hair trimmer. My grandmother had intentionally grown her hair out so the stylist would have length to work with. Yanet never asked what my grandmother wanted and cut it all off anyway. When I confronted her, she did not apologize and did not acknowledge that she should have asked the client’s permission before shaving her head. Before making such a drastic decision, especially with a vulnerable client, a stylist must explain what they are doing and obtain consent. This was careless, unprofessional, and upsetting. I do NOT recommend her work.

I absolutely love my brows! MJ took her time mapping everything out and really listened to what I wanted. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process, explaining things clearly and making sure I felt supported. I never felt rushed — she was patient, welcoming, and genuinely cared about getting it right. I left feeling confident and so happy with the results!

These are professional brow techs! Sheetal offers a quick service everytime it doesn’t take more than 5 minutes. I’ve gotten my brows done for a year here and they last me around 2 months. It is an affordable service of $15 and I definitely recommend to anyone trying to get their brows done right!

It looks like a very professional and well-kept establishment. I can't speak for the service myself because I only just came with my girlfriend. However, they take care of her and that's all that matters to me. The staff is friendly as well, which goes very far in a service industry such as this. They have a lot of services too, so it's convenient. I would recommend.

Yanet is the best for all your hair needs. I have been coming to see her for the past two years and my hair is healthier than ever. If you are looking for a hair cut, blow dry, color or botox treatment shes your girl. Book your appointment as shoe does get busy. Shes great!

I had an amazing experience getting my eyebrow tinting done at Beauty Cafe Salon Pines! Zarim, the beautician, did an incredible job shaping my brows perfectly. I’m in love with the results! She also gave me a fantastic tip to wait for three hours before gently removing the tint with a cotton pad, which worked out great. My brows look flawless, and I’m thrilled that the tint lasts for about two weeks. The service was five stars all around, and I highly recommend Beauty Cafe Salon Pines for eyebrow tinting or any beauty services. You won’t be disappointed – definitely check them out!
