Got a massage with Betsy - very relaxing! She was so attentive and calming! Got a pedicure with Karen - it was also really nice and relaxing! Both took their time and were just great!

Maria is absolutely amazing and she does such a fantastic job on my hair. I highly recommend her and the salon. Everyone who works there is kind, knowledgeable and you enjoy going there. Highly recommended!!!!

Veronica did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I like the head massage and hot towel treatment that is part of the cut package.

What I asked for VS what I received. My whole experience getting a balayage here was awful. I initially wanted a refund because I didn’t know how they could fix it because there was too much blonde than what I asked for. Not to mention half of the color on one side started one inch higher than the other and had way more blonde. Andrea(manager) reallyyy pushed me to come back instead of getting a full refund, so I did. Unfortunately it still was too blonde and didn’t blend how I really wanted according to the photo. I ended up getting it fixed somewhere else and they pointed out several things wrong with it and fixed it. While Andrea gave me a partial refund, she was questioning me most of the phone call and essentially blaming me. All I know is, if I show you a picture, that’s what I want. Head over to The Glam Room instead. 🙂

Amber was absolutely amazing and saw my vision right away. It had been some time since I had been to a salon or gotten my hair done and she worked with me to see exactly what I was going for, and executed it BEAUTIFULLY!!! I am so happy with how my hair turned out and I will definitely be seeing her again in the future:)

Jazmin is so great, my hair always turns out exactly how I want it, she always gets me as blonde as I envision!!
