Payong is amazing at what she does!! She’s also one of the sweetest girls I’ve ever met. I’ve gone to her for almost a year now, and I’ve gotten both lash extensions and a lash lift from her. First, I got lash extensions (it was my first time ever getting them) and she did a great job with my anime style set <3 Then, when she started doing lash lifts I gave that a try and fell in love! She is amazing at both, but if you like a more natural look like me, get the lift! She has a forever customer in me, I NEED my lashes to look like this forever.

I’ve been thinking about extensions for years but was always reluctant bc of maintenance. The Korean lash lift felt like a good compromise — and I have never been so immediately in love with a service right after!!! The look is so effortless but natural, and I feel like it makes such a huge difference. I was worried about lifts/tints bc I wasn’t sure if there would even be a difference from my natural lashes — omg no worries needed. I was so thrilled when she showed me after. I’m actually in love. I am now a lash girly. Also — Payong is so sweet and funny and kind. It felt like I was yapping to a long time friend. But she also let me have a ~spa~ experience towards the end where I got a good twenty minute nap in. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. I cannot recommend her more!!!!

I was relatively new to last extensions having been to a couple other people but when I found Payong I can definitely say I won't be going to anyone else! She has the skills to take a vision or inspiration and turn them into reality! Payong is likely one of the most talented lash artist in the Kansas City area. We always have a fun chit-chatting and she makes sure that you're super comfortable (I typically end up taking a nice little nap!). I always love each set, and we are so lucky to have her!

Payong is far from a lash artist who quickly does things to turn over the chair to another client - she will spend as long as she needs to to make things immaculate! From a warm blanket, to a head massage, to turning on your favorite podcast, or offering you lavender scents to relax you - she takes every opportunity she can to turn this into self-care and not just a lash appointment! I can’t recommend her enough. I was a lash skeptic and was truthfully afraid of ever having mine done, but she has made me a client for life! You will find yourself with not only your new favorite lash artist, but someone who feels like a friend. She is incredible!
