This was my first time, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service I received from Jean. She needs more practice and professionalism . My lashes were uneven — some pointed left, others right — and the style was not what I had requested. I wasted my time and got back to them again. I reached out to get them fixed, and that’s when I met Sara. She was absolutely amazing! She really understands her work, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I left happy. My lashes looked beautiful after she worked on them. I 100% recommend Sara if you want great results and a professional experience. I do not recommend Jean based on my experience.

This was my second visit to this lash studio, and I’m extremely happy with the results! Jean did my lashes this time — she was so patient, gentle, and really professional throughout the whole process. Before starting, she took time to understand the look I wanted and suggested a style that fits my eye shape perfectly. The lashes came out beautifully even on both sides, with the right curl and length. I was so impressed when I looked in the mirror — my eyes instantly looked brighter and more defined, yet still natural. Jean’s touch is very light and comfortable; I almost fell asleep during the session! The studio is clean, cozy, and smells amazing. The whole experience was super relaxing. Highly recommend Jean if you want beautiful, professional, and natural-looking lashes! 💖

Molly is great. She did my lashes exactly how I asked. Molly was very professional, and my eyelashes are still on after 2 weeks. Not even one lash has fallen off. went to another place and they did extra volume on me when I asked for natural classic and many of the lashes started to fall off the next day.

Me and my wife went to Kiyomi 3 1/2 weeks ago to get my lashes done before leaving to Europe and I can't even begin to explain how amazing Sherry was! She did exactly what I wanted I got the 3D lashes and not only do they look amazing but they feel so light and natural! Sherry made us feel so comfortable and was easy to talk to, the studio is super clean, we really enjoyed my visit with here, we're now returning from Europe and ready for a refill at almost 4 weeks I can honestly say that my lashes still look amazing and I'm still getting compliments 🙂 my biggest fear was being away in Europe and having the lashes fall out this has to be the longest my lashes have ever lasted! Came here for the first time 3 weeks ago, recommended by my daughter, she’s been coming here over a yr now. They did an amazing job, felt so light and natural, I still have more than 2/3 of the eyelashes, still on even after 3 weeks. Will come back for sure!

I actually started coming to this eyelash studio before Christmas 2021 and absolutely loved having eyelashes so much I kept coming… About four weeks ago I quit coming here and found a different place I wanted to try… I had my first appointment yesterday… and so regret moving! Kiyomi Eyelash Studio is clean and professional and the products don’t burn your eyes half as much as the other place I went to PLUS Kiyomi Eyelashes gave me exactly what I asked for… the other place gave me way more eyelashes that I wish to have… Considering this place! Consider no more! Good value for the money, Clean, Professional, and top grade products! Trust me, you don’t need to look any further! Don’t make my mistake… this is the right place to go!

Sherry did my lashes. She took her time and made a recommendation which I really liked. The lashes came out really good and super natural. I would definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family.
