Oceanshine Salon and Day Spa

I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and unfortunately had the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. My pedicure polish was smudged and I had to ask twice for it to be fixed. During the manicure, the polish was painted onto my skin and cuticles, not just my nails, and the technician repeatedly tried to wipe it off with another brush instead of applying it properly. Even after asking multiple times for corrections, my hands were left with polish all over the skin and under my nails. I finally asked to have all of it removed, but I was still charged me for a manicure despite my nails being damaged and looking worse than when I walked in. I’ve never complained about nails before, but this was extremely disappointing, especially since I had waited weeks to let my nails heal before getting them done again (photos attached).

I went for the first time for a spa pedicure and it was amazing! Very relaxing and good experience for a reasonable price. Everything was very clean and they use quality nail polish. I will definitely be coming back!

I AM LOYAL TO MARY! I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done after finding this salon. I live 35 minutes away and gladly will make the drive if I’m not nearby. Prices are wonderful and so is the customer service. First salon I have chosen to stay loyal to because of how well Mary does my nails. At times they last past a month and I’ll get compliments up to my next set.

literally love my nails so much and prices are so affordable. my acrylics were done by Van, definitely getting her again she was amazing! Thuy did the manicure which was also amazing and she was so sweet.

Mary is an expert at her craft! Trusted her with the color and manicure type. Very friendly and definitely treated my nails with care. 💕 loved them!

The quality of work definitely gets five stars. Take a look at the photo… my gel polish lasted an entire month perfectly throughout my trip—with washing clothes by hands, washing hands a lot, tracking with the backpack and suitcase! It was not Mary who did it but the gentleman that works there. I am so thankful to him! The only reason I dropped a star is because turn on upfront about the prices unless you ask. If you ask for a pedicure they just give you the most expensive one instead of asking which one you want with the prices. I think a more openly honest salon list their prices right out. The problem with this is that you can easily leave their spending almost $100 with just a gel manicure and pedicure (the most expensive one of course):
