Looking to save by not having someone at the front desk really takes from the experience of being properly greeted at this sort of establishment. Instead you’re made to awkwardly stand around and wait for someone to acknowledge you as if they didn’t see you walk through the door and make eye contact with you. A suggestion would be to greet and acknowledge. Just simple customer service. Waiting after being asked to come in sooner than appointment time isn’t the issue. Common courtesy of greeting is. Treat your clientele better.
