Just Extensions Salon

So i asked for my hair to be dyed and she gave me 2 seperate colors keep in my my hair is just one dark color so it did not match , she gave me burgundy which is not what i asked either it looked blood red and she even asked if i was going to dye my hair sooner or later to match it which is super ironic since i payed 100$ extra for her to dye it, the hair is also not real! when to a specialist for hair extensions to dye my hair and they told me some of it was also synthetic. also the beads are visible people have told me that they can see my extensions which is horrible and the placement is wrong. I want a refund since i wanted to be nice and see if i can just fix this myself since she told me to dye it but now my hair is straight doesn’t match my REAL hair also not even fully real extensions , i have 4 different colors on my head, red, violet, brown, and then she told me i couldn’t dye hair extensions which is fully a lie cause why can’t u dye real hair unless it was fake ? so spare ur money on someone good and go somewhere that actually has goods and services that you will be happy with .don’t do what i did and trust someone’s hands who just wanted the money and did them wrong. asked for a refund and she was so unprofessional and said " im sorry YOU ruined ur hair ". so here i am writing u a review. thank you

I came to Kay on a whim after finding her page on Google because my usual girl was booked, and I’m so glad I did! She did a fantastic job moving up my extensions and placed them exactly how I wanted. She’s also super sweet and easy to talk to. I left feeling really satisfied with the work, and I’ll definitely be using her services again. Highly recommend!

Kady is fantastic! It’s my first time getting extensions and after trying sew ins we ended up removing so I could get better quality through her (not the salons) and in the meantime she did just a few k tips and I love. Shes so kind too and customer service with her is unbelievable. I recommend using her hair over the salons I’m excited to get them in soon!

It was an amazing experience having my hair done by Katie. I came in with a mess of a hair, completely frustrated and overwhelmed. Katie calmed me down, took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave amazing advise, and told me that she would be able to fix it, and did she ever!!! Katie is so experienced and knowledgable about hair, and especially curly hair like mine. She took the time to treat my hair, put in Brazilian knot extensions, color, tone and highlight. She makes you feel at home, and is such a beautiful soul. It took a few hours to get everything done, and it went by so fast because I had such a great time with Katie. I will definitely be going back to have my hair done at Just Extensions on a regular basis from now on!! Beyond grateful!!
