I’ve been in VA for 4 months coming from the CHI I’ve been to other locticians and Nicole is welcoming, lovely, relaxing, pleasant and patient. She treats my hair delicately a very nice environment and let’s not forget she gets me right everytime and this is my 3rd visit. Thank you Nicole ✨❤️

I have only been here this one time and what I thought would be a good experience was subpar, I really had high expectations for what seems like a great business. And only posting about the experience because I believe I should not remain quiet or make excuses for someone’s wrongdoing. I booked for four feed in braids, placed in the notes that I would like them long (past waist length). My original appointment could not be accommodated, I wasn't going to reschedule but the stylist was willing to work with me and stated she would do 0600 a time she stated and agreed upon. I arrived ten mins prior to our scheduled time and notified when I was on my way and had arrived. She was running late. I waited over 45 minutes outside. When she arrived, it seemed that she was upset so I was nice about it and understanding attempted to ask and change the energy, to fail & that's ok. It’s not the responsibility of the client to try and please the stylist. I requested a braid length past butt length and it was said that it'd be an extra charge.. Needless to say I waited over 45 mins past my original appointment time was understanding about it the energy was bad and was charged 50 extra dollars for extra length. it's four braids and the original length is mid back I requested past my butt. The length isn't as long as I requested and uneven. The braids look good but 50 dollars? esp. after waiting is outrageous regardless the wait or not when the hair comes out under 5 dollar pack of braiding hair. I was actually upset and haven't had my hair done in a long time and looked hard for a stylist to do something simple for me. The thing I would say was good is the products they have available in the beauty supply area and she was a really quick braider. Thank you but disappointed and confused. Definitely not professional and seems like the price is something made up because it’s not the only comment I’ve seen about made up price. For a little bit of extra length on four braids, sad esp for a new client that was potentially attempting to return sadly I will not be doing business here again and hope others do not experience what I had.
