Charmaine has hands4hair

My hair is extremely thick so I tend to be cautious with where I get my hair done. This was my first time at Charmaine’s and it was a great experience! She did an amazing job with my hair, and the haircut was much better than what I had before. Definitely will be back.

Everything was great! The service, the price and my hair came out amazing. They were very sweet and welcoming. Definitely will be a returning customer!

Charmaine was paid to do a touch up relaxer and to clip my hair ends even. She ignored my complaints that the relaxer was burning and kept saying it had to be sat in my hair in order to "process". She was very offensive and took no responsibility when I brought this matter to her attention. She accused me of my hair being damaged when I went to her for the appointment when I have proof my hair was not damaged at all. Charmaine and her daughter is taking no responsibility for the damages they have to done to my hair. BE AWARE. ChARMAINE AND HER DAUGHTER IS UNLICENSED, RUNNING AND WORKING IN A SHOP!!!!

Charmaine was amazing, very professional, friendly, the atmosphere of the salon is very welcoming. It was my 1st time receiving service from her and I immediately felt that she listened and gave her professional opinion. Which I'm so happy she did. I will 100% recommend her and she absolutely has a forever client in me. It hasn't been a full day and already I've gotten compliments.

I've been faithfully going to Charmaine for over 4 years and she never disappoints! Exceptional and efficient customer service! Charmaine is very creative with her styles and very passionate about her clients. Her braider, Frances, and other staff are also amazing! Charmaine is also great at giving tips on hair care and hair maintenance. I love going here! Great atmosphere, great vibes and no gossip! You will not be disappointed.

OMG!!! If I can give 100 stars, I would.. Charmaine is AWESOME with superb skills! I came here from out of town, looking for a stylist, which was very hard to find, and let me tell you, she DOES have hands for hair!!..I was NOT disappointed.. Her work was on point, professional (as well as the shampooer) comfortable environment, and was in/out in no time. I felt like I was at my ‘home’ salon in Detroit... definitely well worth it!! I showed her pics of how I want my hair to look and she knew exactly how it should be done. She did this!! She slayed my hair to perfection!!! She will definitely be my go-to stylist, as she have gained a satisfying customer.. The loads of compliments I received reflects how this stylist can slay.. GOOD GAWD!!! I highly recommend Charmaine.. Go to her, and I promise you, when you go to her, you’re dealing with the very best!! You will not be disappointed, if anything you will leave out looking good with a satisfying smile!!
