Genuinely, I could go on for about an hour about how much I enjoyed my experience. Krystal is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. My hair was damaged (by me), and I didn’t really know what to do. Krystal got me right, and all of my confidence has returned!! Most importantly, she’s super kind and easy to talk to. Her energy is so calm and friendly. I felt like I was sitting and hanging out with my sister. Would highly recommend, and I will be booking her repeatedly.

I love the salon and the location is quiet, nice, and safe. I've seen Krystal twice and I'm waiting to see her before an event next month! I am so glad my friend and aesthetician told me about Crystal! I have been working with her for over a year now. She told me to trust the process and I did! From the very first visit she has narrated everything she does. On my first visit she had a 20 min consultation with me about my hair goals, concerns, products etc. before even touching my hair. From that first curly cut to the hydrating silk press my experience has been nothing less than A1! Great experience, I live in Germany where there aren't many options for curly cuts on 4c afro hair. I came to Nashville to visit family and decided to get my haircut and shaped while here. I found Krystal by doing a simple Google search and I took a chance. I'm glad I did because she was very knowledgeable and went over my hair routine with me, told me what I was doing incorrectly, and helped me create a new hair routine. She did a curly cut that fits my face and I love the results.

She started with a thorough consultation, taking the time to understand my hair concerns and goals before even touching my hair. She even took pictures to walk me through everything and gave me personalized tips for my routine. She had me send her the products I currently use and gave thoughtful recommendations, only suggesting changes if something was actually harmful—otherwise, she encouraged me to finish what I had. My wash was amazing, and the attention to detail was top-notch. If you’re looking for a true specialist in natural hair, she’s your girl! My two-strand twists turned out amazing! The salon itself is spotless, with plenty of parking, a cute sign-in process, and even a coffee and juice bar. Krystal even provide snacks the "good" ones. The bathroom? Impeccable! Krystal met me at the door, made me feel valued, and gave me an experience, not just a service. I was even sent home with satin scrunchies. I was so impressed I booked my next appointment on the spot! Highly recommend!

Krystal has growing hands. Since being her client, I have experienced hair growth all while being able to experiment with color and different styles to help transition thru the hot TN summers. Although Krystal specializes in Curly hair textures, she has been able to assist with keeping my hair silky straight until I was ready to embrace the curl about 3 months ago! I was nervous but Krystal took her time explaining to me the pros and cons of each style whenever I would talk about curly styles over the past few years. As a busy corporate professional, having a stylist who is consistent and on time is extremely important.
