It was my good fortune to have sat in Katie's chair when she was still with Frank Gironda many years ago and I have followed her since then. She is THE BEST!!!! She is very knowledgeable with colors, highlights, extensions, cuts of all types of hair and different hair styles that is currently a trend or not and even styles for weddings and special occasions. The salon also offers so many different treatments. She keeps herself updated with the current styles and trends and what's happening in the industry so she can offer new and the best products to the clients. I totally trust her with my hair and I have never been disappointed with the results, but always happy and feel beautiful after a visit with her. I have received many compliments from stranger wherever I go, women and some men. Over the years, Katie & I have developed a wonderful stylist/client relationship and I value her advise and I appreciate her so much. We share family stories, book materials to read and so much more.... I regard her as a true friend. The minute I step inside her salon, I am greeted with smiles and offered treats in their comfort menu. The salon is beautifully and tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and pleasant and the atmosphere is so relaxing....they all make me feel at home and welcomed. I have recommended her to family, friends and some strangers when I am asked. If we have to move out of state, I would definitely fly back just for my hair cut and color. Katie is that AMAZING, a true artist with a vision! I love her and her staff!

We’ve been coming here since 2023, and Micaela has been cutting my son’s hair ever since. She is truly wonderful with him. She listens carefully to what he wants, stays attentive throughout the appointment, and he walks out loving his hair every single time. Micaela is sweet, calm, and kind, and she does a great job keeping my son focused and comfortable during his haircut. I also really appreciate that we share similar values; it makes the experience feel even more comfortable and personal. She always includes me in the process, and I love that we have a standing appointment so everything feels easy and consistent. The salon itself has such a great vibe, open, welcoming, and relaxed. The front desk staff is incredibly kind and always recognizes me and my son. We’re greeted warmly every time, which really means a lot. You can tell everyone works together to create a positive experience from start to finish. I also want to say that the owner is a dear friend and genuinely a wonderful human being, and it shows in how the salon is run and how clients are treated. We’re so grateful to have found Micaela I highly recommend her especially if you’re looking for someone patient, attentive, and talented!

Katie is an extremely talented stylist/colorist. I have been a regular client of hers for over ten years, and she has always far exceeded my expectations. She has an amazing personality, and I truly enjoy my time in the chair with her. The salon has a very comfortable feel to it providing a lounge/reading area, and a workspace environment to enjoy during my visit. The salon staff is always pleasant and professional.

I have been going to this salon for almost a decade. The experience is always top notch. I have seen Katie (KT) for a majority of time here. Katie was able to get my hair back to its natural color while keeping it healthy. I now see her for haircuts to maintain the health. I appreciate how comfortable they make you feel here. from the moment you walk in, it is a judgment free zone. They tell you what would work for your hair and are not pushy. They are true professionals that make you feel your most beautiful self.

They’re chill, kind, thoughtful and professional! KT has done my hair for years now, and because I have a PPD allergy she goes out of her way to get me products that won’t make my scalp itch and rage. No other salon in the area was able/willing to do this for me. I also trust her opinion when I want to make a change--she's steered me toward the correct colors for me and helped me avoid looking horrendous by sharing her expertise! And the reception staff are always kind, knowledgeable and organized. Seriously, I can’t say enough great things.

I’ve been coming to Reflektion since moving to the area in 2021 and have always been thrilled with the results! I have been seeing Autumn since 2023 and will only see her! She is a fantastic stylist who understands my crazy, thick, wavy hair texture and always does a beautiful job with my color and cuts. She is also the queen on a beautiful blow out! I love the environment at Reflektion including the friendly team and the lovely drinks and snacks they give you during your service!
