C'zar Salon Spa - Naperville

Let me start by saying I was once that person so disappointed by salon haircuts that I started giving myself boring blunt cuts at home.. I know I’m not alone with having past experiences where after a haircut you need time to "get used to it," or you rush home to wash it and end up feeling disappointed. That has NEVER been my experience with Bree. When I leave after a haircut with her, I’m genuinely excited about how my hair turned out and I’m showing it off to people even! When I get home, I actually don’t want to wash my hair because I want it to stay exactly how she styled it. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other salon. Bree is truly personable with how she listens, gives thoughtful professional feedback, and explains why something might not work while showing you a better way to get the look you want. Highly recommend!

Shelby is the best of the best! She’s professional, caring and always delivers great work. Having a hairstylist I trust, makes me feel comfortable and someone I always look forward to seeing is something rare I do not take for granted. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Trina was excellent! She knew what I wanted and was not afraid to take a risk. She made wonderful suggestions and used products to enhance my hair in a wonderful Way! In the heart of Downtown Naperville, you need to check Czar out. And I can’t forget the lovely staff who treated me like royalty. PS: I’m an artist, I need a little wild and fun! Trina got it! Lynn

Sharon was fantastic! Extremely kind and tentative. I’m pretty particular on how my hair is cut and she checked in with me every step of the way while engaging in conversation to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Highly recommend her. Lovely first experience at this salon. I had an eyebrow wax procedure, which I don’t do often—actually only one other time. Dawn was very professional, but warm and welcoming. She had a very gentle touch. I’ll be back.

I’m so happy I found my salon in Naperville. I’ve tried 2 other salons and I was not satisfied with their customer service and the service itself. At first I booked a consultation to gauge Czar’s customer service and I was impressed because Bree explained everything well and everyone was very friendly. A week after, I booked my balayage appointment and I am very satisfied with my overall experience. Bree was very friendly and attentive; she was always checking if I needed anything and even offered a charger because I’ve been using my phone all the time while she was doing my hair. I’m definitely going back in November for my next appointment and even recommended Czar to my friend who needs a haircut soon.

I could not be happier with my move to C'zar Salon. Nikie is absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to listen, and only then selected the best treatment, color and cut. If I could rate her above a 5, I absolutely would. She is kind, knowledgeable, professional and caring. I give her and C'zar an A++ rating.
