Autumn is one of the best hairstylist that I've been to in a long time! She took the time to listen, and explained what was realistic and doable! She was very knowledgeable and helped me understand how to style my hair at home! Oh! And she recommended something called an express keratin treatment that made my hair feel so good! My hair had gone through it previously, and she made it look so healthy and smooth! I had a great time in her chair, she was easy to talk to and really kind and friendly! I'll definitely be back!

Staff was super helpful and welcoming. I went in today, looking for assistance with finding a good foundation. Kayla was beyond helpful and sweet! She listened to my concerns with my skin and what I was looking for in a foundation and not only found the perfect foundation, (which she helped me shade match, but recommended a great exfoliator she personal vouched for. Thank you so much Kayla and highly recc anyone going looking for help to find her because she’s wonderful.

Britney in the Ulta Salon/Murfreesboro is THE go to for all hair needs!! She’s been doing my color, cut, conditioning, and Brazilian blow outs for years and she is amazing! I lived here for years before I found her.. no one else had the ability she does to work with my fine hair and make it look its best. Her attention to detail is second to none. You will NOT be disappointed!

Glitz, glam and thank you ma’am! This cosmetic super store has everything you can think of that is beauty related. There is a hair salon inside. Pop in and get your make over fix.

My review has nothing to do with Ulta the retail store or products. My review is about my recent experience with their "skincare specialist." This lady needs to back off and stay in her lane. I know she's trying to sell products, but she's giving unwanted advice and assessing and judging you as you stand right in front of her. First of all, not every skin issue is surface level and is as simple as slapping on a product to fix or correct. As a rosacea sufferer, it's a daily battle to wake up and learn what kind of skin day you're going to have...we don't need some strange lady in Ulta pointing out our imperfections. Unless she is a board certified dermatologist, she needs to keep her advice to product recommendations. Women already judge themselves enough, they don't need that when shopping for something that's supposed to make them feel better or pampered.

I was looking for a specific style of haircut and remembered this place since I used to get my hair cut and styled here many years ago and was always pleased, so I went online and booked an appointment. My appointment was with Allison. I went in and showed her pictures of the style I was going after, and she took her time and did a wonderful job. I'll continue to visit this location and book an appointment with this stylist in the future if she's available when I need a haircut in the future.

To the Ulta corporate team: please take a moment to recognize the incredible salon and store staff at this location. ❤️ I’ve seen Sandra in the past and have always left feeling confident and cared for—she is consistently exceptional. Today, I had the pleasure of being seen by Allison, with assistance from Laurie, and the experience was just as amazing. Their teamwork, talent, and genuine care made all the difference. As an Area Manager in a service-based industry myself, I know how important it is to recognize the people who truly go above and beyond—and this team absolutely does. As a busy working mom, I’m so grateful to never feel judged or rushed during my visits. Instead, it’s a chance to reset and feel cared for in the best way. And the store staff?? Always helpful (I am so uneducated when it comes to beauty products), kind, and welcoming. Every interaction reflects a true commitment to customer care and pride.
