The 75min scalp treatment was heavenly! Amanda did such an amazing job. She was thorough with both the scalp scare and the massage, not missing any spots and using the perfect pressure ❤️ I am definitely coming back again!

I got my nails done but they trimmed my nails too thin - now they are hurting so much, and the pain is only getting greater. No one’s responding my text. Vicky did my nails. She couldn’t speak English so was hard to convey what I wanted. Also their policy says the gratuity is at customers’ discretion. I could feel the nails were trimmed too thin, and wasn’t fully satisfied with the service so was delaying to tip. But they forced me to tip before I left the salon, saying it’s a mandatory. Not sure if it’s worth the price.

This place has become one of my favorite things that I do for myself. I come here once a month for an amazing scalp scrub and wash. It lasts 60 minutes. The procedure begins with the masseuse using it high-powered lens to look at your scalp to determine what your scalp needs most. After assessing your needs, the proper products are selected and your 60 minutes of Heaven begins. There’s nothing more relaxing than someone tenderly, massaging and scrubbing and washing your head and your hair. You are finished off at the end with a rough blow dry w/ a Dyson and you’re out the door. It is truly an experience that needs to be had. You will not regret it. I am thinking I’m going to have to start coming more than once a month.

I'm frankly shocked this place has good reviews. My partner saw these reviews and got a package for me. No one smiled or spoke to me or asked me a question the whole time. At the end, they blow dried my curly hair with no product from top to bottom so that it looked terrible. I literally had to go straight home. If you have very straight hair and the folks seem to like you, maybe you'll have a better experience. To me it was a complete waste of money and I would never recommend.

Need to focus more on massaging. She combed my head for too long and my scalp was sore and felt raw. Place was not very clean. Will not come back. Not a relaxing experience and the room wasn’t dark.

The massage was very good and appreciated. However, it would have been helpful if the steps of the service had been explained prior to beginning, as I was expecting a blowout but received a basic hair drying instead. Additionally, the reception experience could be improved. The front desk staff appeared disinterested and somewhat impersonal, which detracted from the overall atmosphere of the visit.
