So today is Friday December 19 2025 I booked an appointment for a specific hairstylist for 1 pm! Please tell me why when I walked in she’s doing someone’s else’s hair and wants to put someone who is in training to do my hair. And the young lady is not to sure of what to do! So I got up and said I can’t do this and the woman who had to do my hair was like ok bye. Not even I’m sorry or anything . It’s the holidays i literally put aside time to get my hair done by this woman. Besides that the place is clean, they do good hair and customer service was great when I booked. I’m so pissed off. I did my hair twice there and I was excited to come back! That non chalant "ok bye " was not ok!

I recently visited Missy Hair Salon for waist-length classic passion twists, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite confirming the appointment in advance and a full consult of what I wanted, in addition to a promise I would get that in the second photo, I encountered several issues, including lack of professionalism, poor time management, and as a solution an unexpected cost. The quality of service did not reflect the price I paid, and when I addressed my concerns and provided a solution many times, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I value clear communication and professionalism, especially when trusting a stylist with my time and money. I’m sharing this review to inform others and encourage the salon to improve its client experience moving forward. My hair is what I got on the left I asked for dark brown waist length passion twists and my inspiration is on the right. Thank you.

I'm absolutely hate my hair. I want to cry. My stylist was unproblematic. However, she doesn't know how to do a curly sew in. I asked for a verstaile middle part curly sewing. I didn't get verstaile. I can't put my hair in a bun without my tracks being exposed. When it came to her blending my leave out she immediately tried to put heat on my CURLY leave out she didn't have the proper tools are items to blend my natural hair I looked like frank stein leaving there. I spent 30 minutes in the parking lot crying to my mom Sn to owner: your stylist wasn't able to blend in salon she told me to blend at home. I've never had a sew in and attempted for 1 hour to blend AT HOME, which is an hour drive for me. By the time I realized I didn't understand how to blend my hair, I had to go to work. After the unhappy result of my hair I wasn't going to drive 1 hour back to salon the next day

This was my first time at this hair salon and the women who work in this salon are artist! My stylist was Donna and she did knotless braids that were perfect 💕 while getting my braids there was another stylist named Molly working on another client's hair and wow, very good 😲! They pay attention to detail and are perfectionist. I was really impressed with how respectful and polite the stylist were to each other. I noticed after every client the stylist used lysol wipes to wipe down their chairs. Also trash was changed regularly and floor swept after every client. I highly recommend this salon. It's in a older building but hey once inside your overwhelmed with politeness. 💕

I had an amazing experience at Missy Hair Salon. The ambience is very demure, creating a private space where you can truly relax and get glammed up. I left feeling fantastic, and I would rate it a solid 10/10. The attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere make every visit special. I will definitely return, as I always do!

I have been coming here for a year and some change. I’ve always dealt with Rose. She’s so sweet and kind. For the past year that I have been coming to get a wash and blow out, she has made my hair grow miraculously. Yesterday was my first time getting a silk press and Rose did an amazing job. I now have referred my family and friends to Rose whenever they’re ready. Thank you again Rose and for the kind hospitality as well.
