Absolutely amazing experience! These ladies were so lovely and made me feel completely relaxed from start to finish. The head wash and hair treatment were pure bliss, and my hair has honestly never felt this soft, healthy, and refreshed. They took such great care and attention throughout the whole process. I walked out feeling pampered and refreshed — highly recommend to anyone wanting to treat their hair (and themselves!). I’ll definitely be back. Thanks TD Beauty Spa 💆‍♂️

The biggest reason for my low rating is the intense scalp scraping—no lathering, no real massage—just dragging nails with pressure from the base of the scalp upward. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had in a "spa" setting. I’m not tender-headed, but the number of times my hair was pulled had me tensing up instead of relaxing. They also detangled my wet-to-damp hair using only fingers, no brush, which was painful and damaging. The space feels very makeshift—treatment beds are separated by pony walls and curtains in a long hallway. While their menu lists many services, the setup doesn’t seem suited for it all. On the plus side, the facial, shoulder, and neck work was decent, and I did appreciate how they worked into the hairline and behind the ears for a unique touch. Overall, this was way too rough for me. I’d strongly recommend checking how they handle scalp treatments and verifying qualifications before booking—this place is for people fine with aggressive techniques, not those seeking a gentle, relaxing spa day.

I had a head spa with Jenny today and absolutely loved it. She was extremely careful and thoughtful, and her massage techniques were amazing. The scalp massage was so relaxing, and everything felt clean and refreshing afterward. I also really liked the shampoo scent—it was very soothing and helped me unwind. Highly recommend Jenny!

I had a full head spa for 60 mins. The delicacy of their treatment was up and above. I could feel my nerves and muscles relax and calm incredibly and definitely felt a glow after the treatment. Would definitely recommend folks to try it to relax once in a while

I got a head spa and upgraded my mini facial to a peel. Jessica made my experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Even the extractions weren’t painful.She checked in with me to make sure the massage pressure, water temp, etc were good.

I went to TD Beauty Spa in Milpitas for a mini facial and hair wash, and it was such a relaxing experience! The facial felt refreshing, and the neck, face, and hair massage were amazing. The staff was very kind and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I got a hydra facial and hair washing/conditioning with Lien. I started with a skin analysis report (I didn’t get the scalp analysis) and then laid down under a cozy blanket and immediately started on the facial before I did the shampooing. My skin was pretty irritated and inflamed before I arrived so I appreciated a cooling and hydrating facial. The service chairs look like they’re set up in twos so this would also be a nice activity for friends, sisters etc
