It was a very bad experience. I went in without checking any credentials because I had no idea that Botox could go wrong. It seemed very simple, yet she managed to ruin my face. During the first week, it was settling, and my forehead started to look strange. By the second week, my forehead had straightened, but the left and right sides of my face became very uneven. I came in for a touch-up. As usual, she was late, and then she asked me to guide her on where to add the injections to even it out. That was a very strange question coming from a doctor! She added a little bit to one side of my face, which fixed it somewhat, but she didn’t add anything to the lower side, so I still grind my teeth on the left side.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. Not only are their services of exceptional quality, but the pricing is also very reasonable. Lorena performed my filler treatment with precision and care, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The entire staff was kind, patient, and professional, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment throughout my visit. I’m very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning for future treatments 🥰

Extremely Disappointed – Please Read Before Booking I had a very disappointing experience at Skin De La Mer with aesthetician Ekaterina Kostyleva. I visited the clinic earlier this year to get a subtle refresh just a little Botox and top lip filler to enhance my natural look. I clearly communicated that I only ever do a small amount of Botox to lift my brows and smooth lines, and asked specifically to avoid duck lips. I even showed her reference photos. To my surprise, without thoroughly assessing my face, Ekaterina immediately recommended full-face Botox. That felt like an upsell rather than a personalized consultation. I didn’t see what products were used, no units were discussed, and I wasn’t shown any packaging something I’ve always been given transparency with at other clinics. After the treatment, something felt off right away. My top lip looked uneven and like the duck-lip which was exactly what I asked to avoid and instead of softening my lines, the Botox actually created more on my forehead and on one side of my lips. She said to give it 10 days to settle, I was so embarrassed to even go to work! I messaged the office on Instagram within 3 days. The receptionist was so rude and unhelpful. I was told Ekaterina was on vacation, even though she had told me to return for a check-up within a few days. When she finally returned and I came in for a follow-up, nothing had improved. She added more Botox (again, with no explanation of what or how much) and instead of adjusting the lips, she dissolved them, again something I was not fully informed about beforehand. After that visit, I still saw no improvement to my forehead which remained creased and uneven, and my lips were back to how we started, and left uneven. I contacted the clinic again, asking for a partial refund, as I no longer felt comfortable returning. Despite multiple messages, the team refused and kept pushing for me to come back, which I declined. I’ve had Botox and filler before, and never anything like this. There was zero transparency, minimal care, and very little regard for client satisfaction. I will be submitting formal complaints to the DBPR and the Small Business Administration, as I believe no one else should have to go through this. I only got round to writing this review, please think twice before booking here.

This place was exceptional. They are realistic, honest, and show that they have your best interest at heart. Lorena and the rest of the staff gave impeccable service and did a great job from start to finish.

PURE SCAM I love supporting women in buisness, but some people are just pure scam. I flew there from New York, told her about my previous experience with the procedure, and concerns. Not only did she promise me this time it’s different, and I will see result. She also told me that it will be the same on and off the table. Just to be on the safe side I measured my hips, and I went. The first day of course it’s swollen. I did see a difference. Not even a week later it went back to its normal size. I call complain, spoke to her left unread. Perhaps since Schindler asthetic only cater to her kind. My disatisfaction didn’t matter. No compensation, no refund, no solution , not even a courtesy from them. Just run!!!

I am speechless how my skin is glowing just after one treatment. Already received many compliments the day I had facial and lifting massage with Janna. What an amazing, authentic experience in a busy and crazy Miami just outside of Skin La Mer Spa. I was initially hesitant to drive from Boca to Miami for an hour to get a facial. Little did I know... I think I am hooked now. Janna was so thorough cleaning my face, professional and knowledgeable about the chemistry of my skin, gave me an advice MD dermatologists never thought to mention (or maybe they didn't know) and as a cherry on top - the massage... I have never seen my neck and chest skin to glow so much, even during my pregnancy. She has the strongest but softest hands, they have lifted not only my skin but also my spirits. It was definitely worth the drive. I will drive 5 hours if I have to. Like I said, I am hooked!

After trying out different aestheticians in Miami, this place by far has the been the best experience. Jana was amazing and I really finished the session satisfied. She made a comment about really working to clean the skin in the 1st session so that when I come back, I can use my time/money for other treatments such as serums and mask. Which makes sense, who wants to keep going for a deep cleansing. I loved her techniques and I genuinely feel like I found my go to pace for facials! It even has easy and free garage parking!
