I've been coming to this salon for many years. The service is always top notch, they only use the best products out there, and the ambiance is professional and inviting. Mercy is always patient with my nail design ideas, and I get tons of compliments on my manicure each time! I highly recommend Satori and Mercy 🙂

In town for a Bridal Shower and wanted a Blowdry. Patricia was available and did a fantastic job! My hair is just below my shoulders and I just wanted soft curls and she understood the assignment!

But once I discovered this salon, I realized it’s truly special, peaceful, beautiful, and full of wonderful people. It offers a completely different experience than any other salon! personal, relaxing, and truly exceptional. I always leave feeling relaxed and taken care of. Came to Satori with hair in desperate need of help. From the minute you walk in, everyone is so welcoming! And then Patricia, who transformed my hair from completely lackluster, full of split ends, to absolutely stunning! Took the time to review color options, and gave me the most beautiful cut and color. Worth every penny. If you’re looking for a salon, I HIGHLY recommend Satori! I know I won’t go anywhere else.

AVOID this salon!! I recently moved to downtown and was looking for a simple haircut, a trim. This should be no problem. I went for an appointment with Patricia and told her all I want is a trim, she asked if I wanted face framing I said no. But a few minutes later during the cut, she takes the scissors and snip, I have bangs! My hair is gone! I was devastated. I have long shoulder length hair with now these very short strips in the front around my face, which I hate, and specifically said I did not want. In decades of haircuts throughout my life, this has never once happened to me before. I am extremely disappointed in this service, and it will take months or even a year for my hair to grow back 🙁 DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Find somewhere else to spend your money.

Patricia was fantastic, my hair was thick & out of control. I didn’t really know what style of cut I wanted, but she gave me a great cut & read my hair’s natural flow. A lovely friendly salon. Thanks girls!
