About 3 years ago I learned about RafeLugo Salón, I watched a video and besides the beautiful work I saw in his pictures what attracted me the most it was his famous phrase "mis mujeres bellas". I felt so grateful to hear those words that I said to myself I’m going to him and find out for myself. Let me tell you ladies, I highly recommend his work !!! It’s so perfect !! I have been a client of his for over 20 years since my mother does her hair with him and I started doing mine with him as well! We both have stayed loyal to him because of how healthy my hair is since Rafe takes care of it and uses his new hairline that helps with my frizz and leaves my hair so shiny smooth. He never fails to give me the beautiful old money blonde color and haircut, I leave the salon so happy with my results. Definitely call in advance since he is very busy, but so worth the wait!
